Title: Looking for a job in rc field.
Post by: Shyam Hembram on April 02, 2019, 02:19:27 PM
Hi,
As I am pretty old in this field I consider myself to be knowledgeable.I couldn't find any job related to rc in job portals. Although I have a job,it doesn't give you a sense of happiness and responsibility so it's better not to waste time. I think this is the best platform to get into my hobby. Please let me know if anybody wants to hire or refer, I will be very thankful.

Regards,

Shyam Hembram

Go to RCBazaar site. apply for job.
Field work is very small rather than home work, just like annual exam.
So, you can not expect your dream job. Job which give you satisfaction, wont give paisa required, vis-a-vis you get more money where your job satisfaction is a big zero perhaps.
As it gives money, that is why, it is boring. However, if you get some job satisfaction, you are lucky...

Haha, that is quite apparent and the phrase " Job which give you satisfaction, wont give paisa required"  are completely in synch with each other. But let's face what life has to offer.

@Shyam Hembram,
Best wishes.
If you get any offers that don’t suit you, please refer them to me.
I’ve been in this hobby since about 1965. Even had my photo on the cover of Indian Modeller in 1971!
Regards

A hobby shop may be a good option if you have some money to invest.
I still think india does not have a good hobby shop.
You may also offer consulting services to individuals or firms to build/fix multirotors planes etc. etc.

Many companies are recruiting Drone Pilots, however, they may ask you to undergo training from DGCA Approved training center.
They pay 3-4L PA Maximum.

Being a embedded enthusiast and active UAV designer I don't suggest you to choose a full time job in rc field.
However I would suggest you to be a freelancer/part time employee in any company working in rc field. This way you can learn and earn in both sectors and if you feel that you are able to earn good fortune in RC you can switchover completely to RC.
RC field may be good for business but not for job because we don't shell out money on RnD engineers and only highly skilled pilots can make good amount.
