However, please do note the following.

1) Do not label yourself "cheapest".  "Best value for money" is a much better way of saying what you meant to say.

2) Please post phone numbers and physical address.  This is a must, and is a matter of credibility.  You can always make it clear that email (or filling the form) is the *preferred* method of contact, but you should mention the "physical" contact information as a matter of legitimacy. This is something I personally always look for in online shopping.

I just heard that any HobbyKing parcel to Kerala will be scrutinized, as customs have come to the conclusion that every invoice is under-valued (although this is not entirely true).  More business is on the way for LHSes, and the good ones at that in particular !

HobbyKing shouldn't be giving an option for the selecting the under valued invoice because this can result in serious parameters otherwise.

but for brushless motors why u dont contact local suppliers
few days before i searched on google for local suppliers for brushless motor
i got one supplier who was supplying specially rc planes,helis,cars
so  :Rs: will reduce
i might be wrong.
i dint contact them because
the supply on bulk.

One more bit of feedback.

Your logo seems to give undue size/emphasis to the ".com" part, and the word BHARAT is barely legible. If I were you, I would make the .com part really small and make the Bharat part much more prominent. Bharat is what sets your identity (everybody has RC and .com in their names), that is what should catch peoples attention.

Got my first order on 31.01.12. Was little bit busy with work, so got delayed for this post.

To describe the whole transaction experience in one word  - 'SUPERB' :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:.

Now the detailed story-

Products ordered - 1. Turnigy balancer & Charger 2S-3S
                            2. HK-171 Thread Locker & Sealant Medium Strength (Bl)

Packaging: Very nicely packed. Nothing broken or damaged in transit. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Delivery: Seller sent the package and provide me the tracking number even before the money transferred from my account to his account(Can't think of anything better) :bow: :bow: :bow:. Also the delivery is very quick.

Some facts:
1. After I made the order Mr Sai(Seller) gave me a call and informed me that the ordered charger is out of stock and offered me and ECO6 charger at the same price. I offered him the extra money but he refused it stating that it is his mistake and he don't want me to pay for his mistake.(Liked the genuinity of the seller) :salute: :salute: :salute:

2. After the product reached me I was informed by Mr Sai that the charging harness which come with the charger is missed in custom and he already made an order for another one, once he get it he will send it to me. Also to compensate this delay he added one wall adapter for the charger with my original order.(Cool...) :salute: :salute: :salute:

3. before I made the order, when the product is in transit and after I got the product whenever I have any doubt, I called Mr Sai and always got my answer from him without any delay.(A really nice guy to talk with) :hatsoff: :hatsoff: :hatsoff:

So my overall experience with the transaction and the seller, as I already said - 'SUPERB / AWESOME / WONDERFUL' {:)} {:)} {:)}

I had the privelage of buying things from rcbharat recently. I must mention that it was an absolute pleasure to do business with Sai sir. I had just ordered the stuff(4 hxt servos and 1 hobby king esc) 2 days back. And can you believe that the parcel reached my home in less than 48 hours !! Lightening fast service.

I purchased some equipment and got delivery only in 3rd day after payment, quickest ever I know!! Thanks!!
Price is really competitive, however due to this reason some of products are being out of stock sometime!!

Anyway I do not think any other outlet is offering this low cost, however shop should make effort to have more plane models and rtf models which are coming under INR10K!!
for ex: nine eagles series!!

Recently I bought FlySky 9X from RcBharat.com, was amazed to see their quality of service. I received the product within 48 hours and it was well packed too. Cant expect more professional service than this.

Specially being a new-bee in aero modelling, I find their services and knowledge about the hobby and products praise worthy. Thanks RCBharat for making it easier for newcomers to pursue this hobby.  :salute:

RCBharat, when your mini dremel will come ? An 300 watt 230/110 adapter should be required with this. Does the attachments available separately so that we can use those with motor available to us (230 volt). I think, similar flexible coupling and rotating tools are used with dentist or surgeons. But what will be cheap ? and reliable (230 volt).

It was just a sample product introduced.

The 110V can be used in India with step down transformer available in any local electronic markets.
I tested them personally.

Our inventory as of now is very small.

But in a span of 7-10 days I bet the picture is gonna be completely different.

Loads of stuff flowing in like Motors, Lipos, Chargers, Props, Servos, Esc are to be stocked.

I visited this thread just 2 hours before, and believe me, before going through these many feedbacks, i already booked my first order- just like some invisible - instinct guided me to do it just after reading your home page. But now after i read all the posts in this thread- i found that i am unlucky that how i was not aware about info of your such wonderful rc shop.

I cant stop myself to give you a few suggestions(offcourse, in our planet earth people are always ready to give free advises but It is up to us that should we consider it or not) :giggle: ) :
-try to manage inventary in such way that if any item is not in stock- then it can be preordered/backordered.
-you can still change the location of INFORMATION tab to some top right corner so people can easily get such info.
-do the item from my wishlist can add  to cart directly? cause you can see in my account, firsh i wished the tx, but when i wanted to purchase, i had to visit the product page and so wishlist still contains the ordered tx. :headscratch:
-in my order"i choose to pay in cash-(I always use this method), but in email notification I found, order will automatically cancled if not paid within 24hours. It means that there is very small time span for me(customer) to pay as its sunday today and i have to pay before 11.30 am. and suppose this was followed on saturday evening, then the customer dont have any chance pay....... :banghead: hehe... i think it should be 24 working hours  or some thing like it.

The email which one gets after placing an order is a default email and it cannot be changed according to the day of the week.

Yes the orders placed on public holidays will be kept on hold until the next working days.
Don't worry for that.

And even the backorders will be encouraged because we don't like our customers hard earned money to be held up by us when we are not sure about the exact tme the items will be back to stock again.

....in most of online shopes, i found they don't pull money from the customer's debit/credit card, before they(seller) gives confirmation for the availibilty about the items.

I never mean others are pulling out money for back orders.

But we lack the software to skip the amount for the items not
in stock.

So its better to prevent ordering them.

After little delay in delievery due to long route practised by DTDC, today i received my radio. Though I accpted to receive recyled packing, the box was nice and safe as it was assured me  by Mr.Sai Krishna.  :bow:

This is designed by one of our country's top aeremodeller Mr Roopesh and tested in very harsh conditions and the craft proved itself.

And he named it SUSAN after his teacher of his childhood and this craft is surely a very good teacher for a beginner.

sai krishna its is not an offence but dont you think the cost of batteries that are in your site are too high??? ???

Yes we accept they are priced high when compared to a few other outlets.

But you have to know the stock we maintain is also high when compared to low pricing stores and we have to pay all kinds of taxes like customs( Nearly 30%)+VAT(5%), maintenance etc.

So our prices will be definitively more when compared to such stores by 40-45%.
 
Compare the prices with other outlets who maintain a good stock, you can notice that we are also reasonable.

And even you can note that the prices of motors, esc's etc are very less when compared to those CHEAP Pricing websites also.

The prices in my website are inclusive of all taxes.

first of all its very kind of you to be very frank being LHS. the turnigy 3s 2200mah battery costs $9 and shipping of one battery costs $7 and total costs $16( :Rs:848 @$1= :Rs:53) and even on adding 30% on each battery it wont increase more than  :Rs:260 which makes total of  :Rs:1108. this is for one battery.and as far as i know taxes are paid on total amount of bill and not according to individual product bill.so why increasing prices so high when actually they are available for less price.batteries are one of the products which are having high demand.if you have increased price of motor and ESC i would seem normal but increasing the battery price is not so apt.i hope you understand why i insist more on batteries.

Appreciate your tough work for calculating the costing.

I don't know what is your experience in importing but let me tell you

There are still more expenses like CHA Fees, Warehousing charges, and VAT.
All this will add up more 15% to the total cost.

30% on individual is same as 30% on total :giggle:

hello friends,i bought mystery 30 amp esc's for my quad from RcBharat.these esc's by default supporting 490hz pwm refresh rate,no need to change to simonk firmware.Guys,if you are using multiwii code for quad,then make sure you get esc's which have high refresh rates.
