Post by: mandargole on June 22, 2011, 11:20:22 AM
Hello everybody,

I'm trying to complete the procedure for last 5 days, i tried thrice and each time it gave me negative blow.
There's no option of cash or cheque payment and the debit card payment is rejected thrice. I don knw what to do and the "Rcbazaar team" is not giving reply to the "Contact us" as well.

I had the same issue and was trying from saturday. I couldn't even make it to their payment site. It just stops at blank page. But still I contacted them when they came online and walla they shipped it today  :hatsoff:.

Sujju sir few suggestions

1. Please be online all through the day atleast till all the issues with the payment is sorted out. I find you people being online only in the late evening.
2. Work on the web page part. I find it little slow compared to other web sites.
3. Also try to keep several courier services in option. My courier is being delayed 1 day because your current courier VRL didn't had service in my area.

Last thanks to anup and dilip for their support in shipping my items .

I want to know if the price(RS 6,980) provided for F4U Corsair RTF (includes 6 Channel 2.4Ghz Radio) is inclusive off shipping charges to any location in India ? If not what will be the shipping cost to Kottayam, Kerala. Thank you..

Yes, Shipping Clarity/details is required.

Better maintain a tariff based on weight/volume/distance based table available always or rates including shipping.

Moreover, reduce a few media loading which reloads always. Please check the data transfer amount compared to other related site like anam, VK, or Sai Uncle.

Please, please do this two modification urgently. You have told  in chat that tariff will be available within a week.  Experts enlighten this field more. Different question related to sell may be answered in your forum like page where your online status is not essential always.

Thanks.

This problem was fixed in a matter of hours, after the communication gap was fixed

"Rcbazaar team" is not giving reply to the "Contact us" as well.
I totally agree.
The payment went smoothly, but what follows can be seen from the copy-paste from the email i wrote them
Quote
Order Number: 246
Friday, 1 July, 2011 6:58 PM
From:"Vaibhav Sharma" <naatumach_vaibhav@yahoo.com>
To:helpdesk@rcbazaar.com
Good evening
I had called you in the evening to get the details on the order, and i was told that the package had been shipped. Even though the order specifically mentions
Shipping Method
In-Store Pickup

Nevertheless  i am leaving for bangalore on 3rdJuly Morning and will return on 16thJuly, so i need to get prompt and exact details.
Kindly provide all the details as swiftly as possible, so as to avoid anymore confusions.
Regards
Vaibhav
It has been 4 and a half business hours since i emailed and around 6 business hours since i had a telephonic conversation, where i was assured that i would be sent the courier details immediately.
Even though they do have a good products line but i am not satisfied with their level of professionalism and promptness to a customers demands.
Even though a lot of hobbyshops have come up, i am yet to find a good shop which offers the level of professionalism and discretion that is expected out of a business.
They have good affordable products

I even gave special instructions that "I will collect the package anytime between 3July11 and 17July11. Before coming i will contact the store on Tel: (+91) 80 41738892" during making the payment and it clearly shows on the invoice, and still the invoice shows Order Status: Processing.
I even sent them an email

i had a problem with the simulator i ordered that the disk was damaged  the next day they sent me a new one. i still have to send them the old one back.

some time it takes them time to reply for the email or the pm u send mostly you will get their reply in the evening.

try contacting "jatayu" or "sujju" on the forum they will be there in the store.! :salute:

@R/C vish :Sir i am not making a "statement" that they are bad.

I am only showing ONE instance of an independent event that is not related to anything.
(for that matter, dhiraj who has been in a lot of news recently(for bad reasons), responded very well to me. Once what happened was that the dtdc people posted the package to the wrong city, dhiraj immediately sprung into action and got the package back, and informed me every step of the way, the package had left pune, reached somewhere in punjab, i mailed him only once regarding the discrepancy and he got it back from punjab and reshipped it to dehradun) what im trying to say that neither of us are in a position to agree or disagree, based on one event.

I am sure they are good people.

What troubles me is that why should one contact "contacting "jatayu" or "sujju"" if the website has a contact us feature.
The job of the "contact us" feature is to contact them, that is the correct channel.

i believe triage must be exercised
vaibhav... the store guys have been calling you from yesterday (i beleive you seem to cut the call - which am sure you could be busy).. they will call you now again. The package is at the store and awaiting for your pick up as stated in your special instructions. yes priority was excercised so the phone calls where made,

sujju

Title: Re: Ordering at the Rcbazaar is a trouble
Post by: naatumach on July 02, 2011, 01:46:45 PM
Sir
I have an email address as well. If i am contacting repeatedly using email, and if the mobile isnt working shouldnt the next step be use of an email.
It is good to know that triage was exercised.
I am sorry for not attending the calls. I am on roaming, i guess i should have mentioned it in the special instructions, i felt that giving this information was redundant because i had already provided with my email, and also i had made it clear that the cell phone signal in my region is very erratic when i had first contacted the store on the the phone.

If the package is waiting at the store then why was i told that it has been shipped, if that was just a slip of tongue then when i sent the email about the shipping details why was i not mailed back regarding the discrepancy?
Each of the calls i made was followed by an email to maintain a record of the conversation.

i guess we should continue our discussion via email, so as to not extend this thread.

I got my first shipment from RcBazaar yesterday  .
My dad confirmed that the parcel arrived intact from outside without any visual damage. I have to wait another 3 weeks to have a look inside. The order was as follows:

F4U Corsair PNP servos, ESC, motor, Lipo  http://www.rcbazaar.com/products/930-f4u-corsair-pnp-servos-esc-motor-lipo.aspx
3 blade ф 8(shaft 2.0mm) for F4U Corsair
2 cell 850mah 7.4V-15C

It took few days to complete the order due to some confusion, but  :hatsoff: to the RcBazaar team for the patience. According to me you should immediately add a page explaining various options and step by step instruction, explaining how to make and complete an order including mode of payment. The best will be to follow HK or Tower sites for example.  Also add a button for wish list in the web site. Best of luck  {:)} and hope to see Sujju on his next trip to Dubai. :)

Arjun, do you have any idea what/who you are talking about? Delays, possible. But 'fake website'? This forum seriously doubts that statement!  ;)

Title: Re: Ordering at the Rcbazaar is a trouble

Arjun..

Are you aware of what you are speaking ? If you have a problem they have an online support system. Did you even try to get in touch with them, I seriously doubt that..

Before making any statements like these please think thrice.

Dear Arjun, Just see my post above yours. Yes they do have some starting trouble; please give them a call if possible. They are getting organized them self. But I am sure they are not fake from my experience.

Title: Re: Ordering at the Rcbazaar is a trouble
Post by: ANTA on July 20, 2011, 10:48:36 AM
+1 to that, I have dealt with the owner, Sujju bai long before he opens the store. A very trustful, moderate person. I have recently bought some items from the store and there were a little problem also. But the support from the store was very prompt and  fast. These all little problems are starting trouble as he already mentioned. Please give them some time to rectify and I'm sure all will be in full swing shortly.

Absolutely, just get in touch with the support team and sure it'll be resolved. It's relatively new online store, bound to have some minor technical glitches. I've been to their store and they're pretty good at customer service.

woahh... that is some statement... arjun i assure you there is some confusion on this order someone from the "fake website" of mine will call you now and see this issue is resolved once and for all... am shipment has not reached you for maybe teh following reason
- payment has not bee received by us for the shipping
- you might have paid my cash or bank transfer and have not notified us of you order number
- your emails that you have been communicating have not reached us
however pls think thrice before placing something like this.. or just give us a call (the number on the "fake website" is not fake atleast) or we have a live chat and we usually are there online all the time (atleast i tend to handle queries after 10.30pm till 1.00am India time)

for a fake company they have gone to great lengths to make it look real. Proper website, properly designed store.
dont worry its not fake. they are doing a respectable job, discrepancy may arise its better to clarify them than breaking the ties.

Hi,

Just thought of sharing my experience with RCB.

I placed my order (394) on Sunday, paid online. Immediately got second invoice for shipping charges which was paid on tuesday by me. And to my surprise parcel was dispatched on Tuesday and got a mail giving Aramax AWB.

Excellent service I must say. I am impressed.

i ve been ordering stuff from rcbazaar since a month now and i havent had any trouble with them.
i mean i am a beginner at 6 ch helis and like all beginners u do have problems gettin started with the stuff but not everyone unlike rcbazaar will give u a call from dubai just to let u know that ur tail rotor needs some loctite!!! :salute: . as a customer im totally satisfied with the service and specially support.
Like i jus keep nagging anup and dilip with all kinds of stupid questions but the take all the pains to reply and clear my queries promptly.

guys thank you for sharing your experiences . i had to call it a fake site as i mailed these guys and didnt get any reply for 2weeks. and after putting it on this forum i got a call from rcbazaar guys. and they agreed that they have received the payment and because of some fault they didnt ship my stuff. and since the owner of rcbazaar is abroad he still  called me after reading my post. and he also seemed to be quite passionate about this hobby. so i am happy that rcbazaar team took this thing seriously and now i dont have any problem with rc bazaar team. thank u.

Arjun - It should be noted that email is not a medium that offers guaranteed delivery.  Lot of times, valid emails end up either in the junk mailbox, or get deleted out completely due to misclassification.  Trying any of the alternate means of communication (phone, online chat etc) would have saved you a lot of grief.

In your shoes, the first thing to try is to call them.  You should definitely make such issues public... but making such accusations is the last step, when other means of communication/resolution are exhausted.

Title: Re: Ordering at the Rcbazaar is a trouble

@anwar i did try other methods like calling them up. but that also didnt work. i had communicated with these guys thrice but still there was no reply. so at the end i thought rc india was the last option for me. and this only helped me...

Title: Re: Ordering at the Rcbazaar is a trouble
Post by: RcBazaar on July 20, 2011, 09:33:18 PM
thanks arjun... after calling you up i did check this up internally and indeed it was our screw up and (i beleive during our transistion from VRL to aramex this package got missed) excuses aside this was our fault and will definitely be looked into. Can you forward the email that you had sent earlier to my email is which is enquiry@rcbazaar.com.
i do empathise this with you and i myself would have done it but i would have also have placed a call or simple... there is a online chat available on this site for any queries and for support.

Friends, I am fortunate to be present in Chandigarh from last 10 months and I know Arjun form last 9 months.

He is a very humble and genuine guy and as far as his flying skills are concerned... :hatsoff:....I think there is no status possible more than 'Advanced' on RCINDIA hence he had no option but to chose that otherwise he is much ahead of that and not only in planes but equally good in Helis and Cars.

Other thing is about communication, I remember in some of my last post I mentioned that written communication is much powerful than verbal communication but for writing a ‘politically correct’ and ‘Parliamentary’ communication we all need a lot of practice and skill.  Let’s not haunt a person for a misspelt word or a loosely written statement until it become clear that it was his real intention.

In case of Arjun, I am pretty sure it was not his intention but just because he didn’t get a right word while typing when feeling ‘cheated’ and which he already clarified that he issue is resolved and his intention was not that.

This forum is a learning field especially to sharpen you written communication, one wrong word and you are gone......I am clarifying Arjun’s stand because I know him but many a times we may don’t know the person and his words become his personality for us.
All the best for good writing... :hatsoff:

thanks asinghatiya... can we pls keep this topic to rest...
i spoke to arjun and completely honor his integrity, as frankly i offered him a heli or 2 rx at RcBazaar's cost for our inadvertent error. He simply stated "you have got in touch with me and this is more than enough"...will be appreciative if we can move away from this and go on with flying, crash landing and..... building.

Generally the ECom sites say an order is "complete" when their back office processing is complete. Like verify payment received etc. the next status may be "Shipped" or something like this and then "Delivered" or "Returned". the screen shot clearly says it's not shipped yet.
it's not like our  amazon or flipkart yet. So I think there is nothing to worry as of now.

I've never had any complaints either..but It has dawned on me that other LHS provide 'quality' stuff...I mean proper better spec stuff( for a higher price of course) that rcb electronics cannot compare to...
Nevertheless rcb is a excellent option for indecisive and in a budget beginners.
It doesn't hurt that they have good variety too.
