Hi

FYI

I just wanted to order something at RC Dhamaka. I have paid them before using paypal but this time i get an error as shown in pic. Paypal is getting stupid day by day with its policies. Now payments can be made only to international merchants.  Bang Head

how much was the payment, have you upgraded to premier account in paypal ? otherwise there is cap of how much you can pay,
