Hi Naresh, and welcome to RCIndia, good to know you are interested in RC Thumbs Up

Regarding importing Planes/ARFs/Radios, its a matter of pure luck. Many face custom problems and many just get their stuff w/o problems.

Also be warned. I have read lots and lots of discrimination against banana hobby. Just Google around for this site and you will land up in 100s of different forums telling that these guys take money and dont respond for months together. However their offer looks sweet. Just wait till other people reply with their experiences.

Iwould not suggest a Pitts for a first plane, irrespective of the good deal you may be getting. Look for a trainer type which is much more forgiving, something you will very much need in the early stages.

As always, my advice is to go to your local field and ask around. You will surely find someone willing to help with advice and hands-on help.

Well I am also new to this hobby and I haven't brought any so I am not the right person to advise. But most people at the flying field advise me to buy ARFs/RTFs locally, from any of the Indian Hobby stores. The best best thing to do is meet some Hardcore RC guy in person at Hyderabad and get advises from him on how safe the customs route is to Hyderbad. Thumbs Up

Other idea is to say its a really BAD IDEA to buy pitts as a first plane. Grin
