We want to honestly support our products and provide warranty.
Unfortunately, people misuse the products and claim that it is not working from the beginning.
So, we provide warranty only upto 48 hours upon receipt.
We know that it affects our genuine customers too.
Hence, we accept the complaint on case to case basis.
For example you said that you are yet to use the product.
If you face any problem we will resolve it.
