Does Rc Mumbai ship orders through EMS or private couriers? only the shipping cost is mentioned during checkout but not the service used for shipping. No replies for any enquiry mails too Sad

I would like to share my experience too.

Please do not take this as a negative feedback but I'm sharing this so that the service just gets better.

I was looking out for a rc car radio and shortlisted Flysky GT2B from rcmumbai.com. But I had some questions which I wanted to ask before ordering, so thought of sending them an email to inquire. They had mentioned on their website that they do not respond to whatsapp messages or calls and the best and fastest way to contact was emailing at info@rcmumbai.com. I did that but no response from them, then I whatsapp'd Chintal saying "sorry to message here but I was waiting for a response for my email" To which I got a reply from Chintal that he saw my email but could not understand it so didn't replied. OK fine, I must have been bad with my english or would have not put words properly. But this isn't customer service!!! He should have emailed me back and I would have explained him my query in an understandable manner.

My query was regarding "local pick up" as they have stated in their website, so to that i got a reply that it's not a shop and just an online website. So I didn't argued to that and went ahead with ordering online with their shipping method. After ordering by transferring money to their account I can still see my order status as "awaiting payment'. after dropping 2-3 emails and whatsapp messages being ignored I got a reply saying as it was a holiday your order was not shipped today and will be shipped tomorrow, I said OK there's no problem with that.

It's Monday now, my order status still shows "awaiting payment" , no confirmation that my order has been shipped or not. I emailed again, I whatsapp'd but no response yet.

This is not so professional and such incidents would definitely leave a wrong impression. I sincerely request you to do something with your customer service and payment status update system so that people be confident about ordering stuffs from you.

Accept my apologies if I've said anything wrong but just my 2 cent for the service to get better.

From previous/past buyers experience it's good that Rc Mumbai do ship the items ordered, but for a new buyer it's a bad experience by not replying to any of the email enquiries, it just gives a negative opinion. During the time I waited for a reply from Rc Mumbai, I forwarded emails to few other LHS and got a reply in few hours or a day or two. Everyone does understand being busy as a seller, but it is their responsibility to communicate on time to get a positive impact. There are many comments on Rc Mumbai being late at replying queries and a comment from them that they will try to improve it but looks like it never happened. It's just a suggestion to Rc Mumbai to please try to reply any email enquiry on time. As a buyer it's not a good thing to make us wait without any update on our orders or other relevant enquiry. You do have a good collection of products that everyone is interested in but lack of communication is a huge set back. Hope Rc Mumbai can improve it's communication Smiley

Finally got my radio today, but all my emails from past two days were unanswered. The seller is doing all his work properly but just not replying, that's the only negative point I would say. Chintal if you are reading this then please, I request you to just reply to your customers, rest your service is fab.  Hats Off

Hi Chintal, I am happy to see that the v911 helicopter@3000 on your site is cheaper than other online sites. I am considering making the purchase. I hope it is RTF and not BNF(Not specified on your site). Does it include the transmitter, charger and battery too?
