Title: Rcbazaar is screwing me over.
Post by: rishabhbarma on July 27, 2016, 09:03:25 PM
Hello. I, Rishabh Barma purchased the avionic rcb6i radio on 12th June.
My order no is 63544
I had no plane/ setup to test it on. Got my plane's fuselage completed about three weeks back, mounted electronics and tried binding my radio. But, the radio just won't bind. Contacted rcbazaar, they made me do a reset, still won't bind. About two weeks back, I shipped the radio back to the Chennai store with CRN No. 63544
They figured there was a problem with the receiver.

I had a talk with Akash from the Bangalore store, he told me that they told him that the receiver wire was loose and that the Chennai store guys had cut the receiver's cover open, and Akash had scolded them for that.

The chennai store guy had the guts to blame me, saying that I had crashed my plane and damaged my receiver whereas I don't even have my plane ready.

Now, Akash tells me that they (chennai store guys) incorrectly reported to the manager that the antenna was broken during arrival.

Still not clear upon what the resolution will be, trying to contact the manager who isn't answering his calls.

Here is a youtube video I upploaded before shipping the transmitter back which clearly shows that the reveiver antenna was not broken and that it isn't binding:

Waiting for refund confirmation, will then get new radio. Never buying cheap Rcbazaar products again.

Rishab

I'll request you not to jump to conclusion as yet, Sujju, owner of the LHS has changed the face of the hobby in India. Made many, hithertofore inaccessible products within the reach of common man. Staff are new, most have little or no experience in the hobby, top it all, they a have a lot of floating population, who keep moving onto greener pastures.

While i agree, what happened to you is wrong, drop a mail to Sujju, he is a willing friend, i can assure you of that. he will sort things out, rest assured

PS
do some research, i am no ex or serving employee of Rcbazaar, FYI

@rishabhbarma,
Unlikely that RCB will screw you.
Chances are the guy who dealt with you needs a kick, thats all.
PM the owner. You'll get a response.

@rcpilotacro - thanks for your reply.
@K K Iyer Sir- How do I contact Sujju, the owner? Is he the one who operates the rcbazaar account? Wish there were a system by which I could tag him so that he'd see this post. :p
