I made an order vide no.59477 on 22-12-15 at 7.47 am,payment option was bank transfer.Transfer total amount of order at 11.30 on 22-12-12 and informed to Banktransfers@rcbazaar.com at 1.30 vis email as per their instruction.On 23rd December my account (rcb) shows 'order cancelled'.till they neither informed me nor refund my money.When will i get refund?Yesterday i also emailed to them but no reply till.

I recently purchased a Skywalker from RcBazaar, and after making payment my order too showed cancelled. I gave them a call and everything was sorted promptly without fuss. I also received my model within 3 days in excellent condition.
Give them some time, and I'm sure they will sort everything out.

If you are to soar high remember to look up......
yeah....truly calls are responded a lot better ....n the remaining complaints u have will be washed away when u see the quality of rcb products ...good luck rcing,,,

Their quality is goodbut since last three orders i am facing problem with them.Anyway,a phone call and after re-order problem is solved.Hope getting in time.
