We now will be serving you from our warehouses in India, UAE and China.

The best part for our customers here would be that warranties/guarantees can be availed here in India for products you buy from China or UAE. Hence peace of mind on any faulty products begin delivered due to manufacturing defects if any.

The team in china will be independent of the teams here in India or UAE, but we are all interconnected and function via our ERP system. So feel free to talk to our teams in Bangalore or Pune or UAE or China for any queries and we will try our best to handle this from our side.

Please note that special/custom made orders can be placed with our China warehouse. So do contact us if you would like to place any special orders.

We plan to launch UAE and China in November this year and we are soon to start testing our website with multiple warehouses order/shipping features. 

We invite and encourage everyone here to participate and give us feedback on how you feel about the overall shipping and payment experience in relation to our multiple warehouses. Perhaps this would be the first time that anyone across the globe has tried to integrate all warehouses into one single order / invoice. This is interesting! Would it be possible to buy something from your China Warehouse, and have it shipped to India along with your other consignments, so the shipping cost would be low, and Customs etc. be handled by RCB? eg  LiPos, Radio Sets, RTF /ARF models etc?

On the experience of multiple warehouses in India, my own has been that it increased shipping, since neither Pune nor Bangalore had all items in a particular order in stock in a single location. So part shipment from one warehouse, part from another. Result - instead of saving, the shipping increased!

wrt you first point.
1. this method is what we are already doing... so not much of difference in the existing method.
2. China warehouse will be a independent unit and No we will not handle customs
3. we cannot have all our warehouses full all thime and there will always be prducts varying qty in blr and pune for example due to walkin store... if the stock are in full in one store then definitely the price will come down but as you see these are 2 shipments and not one.. and we do not make margins on the shipping.. but we have to take care of operations cost and the packaging cost too

Sir , just a suggestion , there should be an option in the shopping cart to purchase from a specific store ( if it's available in more than two stores ) . By this , people can select there preference ( time or shipping cost ) .
