I payed for it on 6th September,paid Rs400 for shipping,they said that after they send it for shipping,it will be dilivered to me in 2-3days. It has been 5 days and the order still shows 'payment accepted'.It has been showing that since 6/9/13.Has anybody else had any experience like this with RCbharat?I've tried contacting them by email and but I've got no reply.

There's a backend server breakdown at our side.  Please quote your order number,  will give you the tracking number here itself.
Please also take into account the consecutive holidays.

I paid shipping charges of Rs 1170/- with the total amount coming to Rs 6667/-. I received a conformation mail from you the following day that my item had been shipped and that I would receive the tracking details shortly. No tracking details sent. I have sent emails to you with no response from your end. I have even spoken to you via phone twice, and you have assured me that you would send the tracking number immediately, but have failed to do so. The last time I phoned you, you rejected the call and switched off your cell.

I am a beginner in this hobby, and first experiences will definitely influence future decisions to continue in this hobby or not.
If you have not shipped my order, at least have the b***s to admit so, instead of taking people for a ride.

Admins, sorry for the "rant" but Rs 6667/-  is a lot of money for me.

An update for the members who read the above post. This morning I again called Mr Sai Krishna. He answered my call and I asked for the tracking no. for my order. He very promptly gave me the number. According to the tracking number, the item was shipped on the 29/11/2013.

So it seems Mr Krishna is a man of his word. What I fail to understand is, why the lack of communication on his part. He received payment and promptly dispatched the goods. His only failure was maintaining communication with me. For me the buying experience is not just about the price and quality of the product, but of the quality of the experience.
I m am sorry for posting in a negative mood, and if RCBharat feels this was all a big accident, I would again buy from them in the future.       
 

i dont think so.he cheated me twice.i had ordered some material on 6th january 2014.i got a motor and some clevises and 3gold connectors which i havent ordered.i know that it will only take 8 days to reach me.i called him and told him about the wrong parcel and he told me to email the photos and detail of parcel i got.i send him.i waited 4 about 12 days still no parcel.called him again he told me to email again.and i did. now i am still waiting for my parcel and its feb 9
