Made an order on Rc dhamaka last week, completed payment using phone pe No new orders showing in RCD account. helpline lady said it might be server issue. no confirmation email from RCD regarding order. wait for 2-3 days to see if the money gets refunded. as the payment gateway sometimes does not respond. You can write email to RCD alongwith the order no. if you have it.
