Good job giving us another portal for shopping :) Its a very light website and loads pretty fast compare to few other RC sites I often visit.

Since its beta i won't comment much but here is few points you should add . Accept it as constrictive criticism rather than pointing fingers. Anyway you will need them before applying for any payment gateway (ccavenue had a free signup offer going on, they are most trusted and have reasonable rates) 

Clear Policies
1. A Clear refund policy (Page).
2. Your Return Policy (page)
3. Your Shipping policy
4. A clearly visible Phone number
5. Complete address in the footer

I believe the design part is being worked upon already , the products looks way off and the checkout page is aligned badly.
You should add a call to action button on the slider images which takes us to the product being shown , The animation is good but looks childish, try a different slider (Maybe revolution or master slider).

Great going. But quite a few bugs, most ESC's have the same pricetag of Rs.2559 and like iyer sir pointed out things which are priced much lower at other stores have a high prictag on your site. This has to be a bug.

The youtube page and facebook page link does not work.

But the site presentation looks good, not as professional looking like RCB or Quadkopters but its ok.

I hope you are working on improving the site further after getting feedback and wish you success.

My above suggestion is for the purpose of avoiding orders from the people coming to your site by Google search.

I'd say close the site until its fully functional with all the prices correct since its a e-commerce site. Or at least don't allow checkout. The time for which you have procrastinated the site, I expected a perfectly functional site :/

Take it as a positive criticism.

Rcparkjets i think chintal is doing everything himself even making his own website.

So testing is also being done by him.
Chintal what he is suggesting is a point to be noted.
Hope site completes testing phase and is fully functional soon. {:)}

Originally, I posted about the 'completed' status of my order without reading your 'completed = shipped' post. After reading your post (and feeling stupid), I haphazardly edited my post and the only thing I could think about was the tracking number.

My bad!

It would be much less confusing, though, if you could just change the word 'completed' to 'shipped' on your website. Also, you could add the line "The tracking number will be emailed to you after 24hrs of it getting shipped" in the first mail you send after checkout.
That way nobody would have to contact and trouble you!

Actually Chintal, my advice to you. I had faced some issues when i start QK first.

Dont send any notification until you have any tracking id with you. Even if its not active still (you can say tracking records will appear after few hours blah blah)

But just my small suggest if you can send notification to customers after you have tracking id.

Trust me it would help you a lot :)

@Andy Kh: Resolved the problem. You had put your phone no. without +91. Chintal can be contacted most of the time via live chat or call. We get so many emails that its hard for us to reply to every single one (img attached).
But, when the show room launches, we would have 5+ employees that would manage all this stuff so don't worry.

Can anyone contact me regarding the orders : #6138 ( placed over a week back ) and #6470 ?

Payment for 6138 was made over a week back, and the status on the website still shows as CANCELLED.

Chintal never picks up the phone, and after a dozen mails or so he told me its been shipped, but hasnt given me the tracking details yet.

I know the team is busy with the upgrades and all, but i shall appreciate if someone can get back to me to help resolve, before this issue escalates up.

Whosoever at RCMumbai reads this, please treat as most urgent and arrange to reply back to me ASAP with status.

Both your orders are shipped, the older one is currently being held in Lucknow by DTDC for some reason. Chintal still has to call them and get it released.
The newer one is currently in transit to Allahabad.

I bought  x6 but i feel my gyro was messed up.... Even after recalibrating again and again, quad starts to fly here and there by itself... I tried contacting chintal for this problem many times by whatsapp email etc.... But never got response... 0 for aftersales and queries...

I bought CX-30W quad from RCMumbai. But video/ photo was not being transmitted. 5 days over since I returned the product. No response from Chintal for my whatsapp, mail, phone calls ...  :(

Rcmumbai.com only knows selling, they don't even care about the problems customers face... Tgis is very bad for long run...

I had same problem with my tarantula x6 too.
But happened to notice it after 2 days. I wasn't flying for 2 days. So i couldn't do anything.
They have 24 hr guarantee for rtf quads. So no point in contacting them.
But they do have some of great offers

Yes, for quads RCMumbai gives "excellent" offers!

But what if we face problems? There are some problems which can't be notice in 24 hrs.... Like i faced...
Plus the bonus is no reply from rcmumbai.com.... This is the sign of bad customer satisfaction......

Hi Chintal , the CX-30W I bought is a Very stable easily operated beginner fpv quad for a price of just 3000 Rs!!Flight time max 8 minutes on a single recharge .Video streaming over wifi to iPhone through a dedicated app. Video saved in picture folder. But the only problem is to find extra 700Mah 1S 18gm lipos. Anyone knows where to get them? How much weight/ higher Mah does this quad support? Please help.

The problem is with quality
As 1s lipo are very sensitive and
Don't have a long life
It's difficult to find good quality
And safe lipos

Chintal PMed me and asked me to send vid, i send it which clearly shows gyro prob, but chintal said x6 doesn't have gps so it's normal which is definitely not...
I've tried my friend's x6 back in time which was very stable and mine bought from RcMumbai.com is acting wired... Not stable at all...
So at the end chintal left me without any solution, which will make me think twice about future purchases with RcMumbai.com

Bought this 680 mah 1S  lipo from eBay ,but not at all good . The quad doesn't even takeoff with it. Does the lipos for syma work with CX-30?

Even after 20 days this guy didn't got his parcel nor any tracking I'd. Product was naza amlite. Fact was his parcel was not sent by Chintal. And he block that guy on call and watsap.

Chintal removed Kewal.
Kewal demanded the money he put in RCM
Chintal paid on 15th January 2016.
Now Kewal wants chintal to pay for Kewal's new site (kkrobotic) for no reason.

There's no service issue from RCM
I've been working with RCM from August 2015. Not once have I seen a message where the person said they are going to any kind of court, dont really know about Kewal's pics.

OK I think I have to tell all publicaly now, in September end I was out of station , when I came back and seen site my number was removed, when I try to login it was showing wrong I'd password,that was all done with out my acknowledgment, when I try to call Chintal he don't received my calls, after many msgs, re called me and he finely ask me to live RC Mumbai, and he will built a new website for me in a week, I agree because I thought let him do his business by his own, I don't want to come in his growth. So he promised me to built new website but till than he didn't ants me any calls and msgs till Jan 2016, once he pickup the call and he told me that he got in some mess with web dewloper so it was delays, so I ask him live it you give me cost of new website I will arrange by myself, he told ok fine. After that he block me on call and watsap, fb everywhere. Respected anwar sir I was equally distributing all the cost in website from starting. So how can he grab that with out my permission, and devang you join your Chintal few months a ago and I am dealing since RC Mumbai started so please don't use your information you have, you are popet of Chintal. Anwar sir I have all the proof of fraud and illigal activity done by Chintal, and with in few days he will be behinds the bars for that.

Blocking people is not new for rcmumbai. But who care even if he blocks.

Lately i have started getting calls and mails from customer who are from RCM and literally ask me to help them since they are not getting any support/assistance from seller. Which is very rude from seller part. The most i can do is suggest/advice but nothing more.

Devang this is the main reason why i said no to be a part of the new event you messaged me about. I would not be happy with associated with a store who takes customers on ride.

Once again i have nothing against RCM, i very often refer customers to other LHS, and when its a DJI request, RCM is on top of the list. But last week it was very bad when customer said that they would prefer spending more money elsewhere than buying from RCM :|

Man , You guys seriously know how to rip off customers when it comes to shipping costs. You charge 210Rs when shipping actually costs you 60Rs on the actual payment slip attached with every parcel.  >:( Atleast be honest with shipping costs?

Exactly! The fastest delivery option cost 2k? I mean, I have dealt with DTDC several times for fastest delivery option and the price is no where near that. I have no complaints with Rcmumbai, they have always communicated well with me. :thumbsup:

Sometimes LHS might only show the maximum shipping value for a certain weight class on all orders no matter if it is regional delivery or out of state. Thats the maximum they will get charged for that weight class to ship anywhere in india. A live shipping option is good to have but not many have implemented this maybe because it requires integration with carrier.

Shipping charges include
Packing charges
Packaging material charges
Transportation charges
And the actual shipping charges
Sometimes website does charge a little extra then the actual cost
We still try to keep it as less as possible

Ok your reasoning would make sense but the closest DTDC center you use 'vile parle' from your place is 450 meters! Well unless i got the google maps locations wrong you seriously cant be charging more than 10-20 rs as transportation cost for that! actually given you probably take all your orders at once by EOD then that 10-20Rs  doesnt even make sense.
Moreover if you do realise once you actually ship the parcel that it doesnt cost that much then why not reimburse the customer the remaining amount back??
Also its only today i realised all this discrepancy. I had placed an order about 2 months back and paid 255 Rs for DTDC plus! for props that cost 450 Rs cause i wanted them really urgently but it took 5 days for the props to arrive which isnt what DTDC plus promises and by then the props were useless to me. Ok but then there could be other factors that could have led to the delay. But what i dont get is how come the real pricing for that was the same as the actual pricing for a shipment i received today and todays order was via DTDC lite! Have attached pictures below. Rs 60 for both? So was i not given DTDC plus for which i had paid in that former order of mine?
Your Product Pricings are good but if you are going to just rip customers off in shipping fees , that is frustrating.

RCMumbai.com is a great online shop. they have a excellent product range and great and efficient shipping.

i have ordered from them couple of times and have never had any issues.

the only problem i faced with them seems to be their "attitude" as they just do not reply to emails sent to them. don't know why?

This out of stock issue is driving us crazy. In most of the LHS 90% products are out of stock still they appear in listings, home page, banners even promotions... some times it becomes so frustrating.... now import from china virtually non existent...and no sing of growth in local rc industry... The LHS also do the same, import from China. If you are facing issues the LHS would also face the issues. There is no way for us to jump the hurdles and at the same time there are so many leechers/black market sellers these days. They cut they margin and sell of the products at so low cost that we LHS cannot afford.

Buyers also like to buy things which cost less. Considering so many hurdles i don't see why any LHS would not consider to restock or would consider low stock.

Also few LHS have been looting customers till now by charging exhorbitant rates. Hobbyist try to squeeze their budget to fir in their hobby. Looting them in the name of hobby is not fair. If these hobbyist get the goods at 20-30% lower price then I don't understand whom to call Black Market Sellers / Leechers.

True thats there too. But not all are LHS are same, but that does not gives a reason for the some one to start selling or cutting other LHS out.

If you are justifying it now then remember there will be more and they will cause a huge dent in the community.
