So after a long vacation thehobbyshop has again started selling the goods. I have recently ordered a glow igniter. And after so many calls and sms and mails. They replied me . My igniter was disptached. They have stated that no one was able to contact them because their mobile no. was stolen. So is there anyone who didn't got his product since. Really ? In this day and age where replacement SIMs are all around ? How about responding on this forum ? Email address also hacked ? Would you blame anyone if anyone concluded that this is just an attempt to con/cheat even more people ? What I always wondered is why anyone did not take and followup on proper legal action against them yet ! I don't believe it either. @pankaj from THS, I bought my first lipo charger from you in my initial days of the hobby and your service was good then. THS's reputation has taken a hard hit and believe you me, the only damage limitation that can be done now is to either successfully deliver on pending orders or issue refunds.
