Learning to Fly

Kartik,
One of the main issues that I find with the RCD site is that there is very little information about the model itself. Would like to see details on the various material used along with some notes on the building process.

Also a filter to search out 'not sold' item in the selected category should help.

Pankaj,

Kindly note that most of the fliers who have experience and know about ESM/KMP will know about these models. Regarding material used
All most all ESM Planes have Fibre Glass Fuselage & Built Up wing which is covered by Solartex Covering the decals are pre-applied and clear coated.

Also available are the optional retracts.

It is already mentioned even in this forum. Please always read the entire topic.

Regarding instruction please note we have already have many of the planes instruction manual for download.

We will not be providing any filter for sold or not sold. What you should do is actual search for the item that you require and you will know if it is sold out or not.

RC India - Flying and racing with open minds !

I split this part out of this thread : http://www.rcindia.org/gas-glow-nitro-planes/esm-planes-now-in-india/ as it was not really related to the gist of that thread.

We should try to keep discussions to the matter on the topic, and start new topics for any other issues Thumbs Up

Kartik,
Is it me or do I detect some anger in your response? What is the harm in providing some extra lines of information? Some experienced modellers would know about each of the product on your site, but this is not true for everyone who visits your online store.

Anyway, it was just a couple of suggestions, you can choose to accept or reject it - after all its your store.

Pankaj,

Please note that i am not angry at all, but what i am trying to tell is that the material used was already mentioned on the topic. We should learn to read the relevant topics or search the forum before we post, as otherwise we just repeat the information over and over again.

The information provided is similar to what is provided by most of the online sites. Our modules do not allow to filter by stock so that is not possible.

We have always been open to suggestions and take all suggestions openly, if it makes business sense we do consider it.

Hi Kartik, It would be nice if you could mention the thrust of each motor.. Some of the motors have the thrust mentioned on the page and some don't.. Makes it much easier for a newb like me to find a appropriate motor..

Thanks

Another suggestion Kartik
When you go to the site, you see monthly specials item, but when you click on the item it shows as out of stock/sold out.
Can something be done where only in stock items are reflected as specials?

Manish,

Have asked the coding guys for a solution for it, generally in most of the shopping carts the specials run on time frame that is start and end date. If it is possible will try to do it, but need to see what other thing may get disturbed.

What happens aboard is that they take back orders so this part is not seen or noticed.

Even i have had a few things that i wanted to tweak on the site but then certain other aspects get effected.

Thanks

One more suggestion, Please add more info and pics about all the stuff you have.
Once while I was browsing I came accros the emax motor for the easystar but when I clicked on it nothing came up, no pics no details no specs nothing, when i googled I found nothing literally NOTHING there are many stuff like that on your website.

I second this. i hate going to emax website to find the specs. some motors missed the thrust info too.
But still this is my 2nd favorite shopping site.
