So if you are not able to place an order, try reducing the quantity you are ordering. Everything that you can see is in stock. As and when a thing goes out of stock, it is disabled automatically so that no backorder is received for the same.

I don't point to your rate but the process showing the rate, Strike through higher rate and new rate side by side. But you are displaying the actual rate. So without compairing to other one cannot understand how much low you are giving. In Kolkata, one computer shop have taken almost all buyer in a computer shop stall in Compass just by displaying the rate by crossing three-6 times and lastly the lowest one. This is a business trick. And this was seen for 6+ years. And if anyone ask him, he tells a few rupee less and again confirms Oh, ****, it's $$, but don't worry, as I have told you, will get at ##... This is marketing., LOL. think you wont mind. Afterall balance stock is our requirement that you keep. Thanks. Without updating the modules. What do you using? Whatever may be! Site is fast. And Dont add twitter or facebook like this forum. Even in my 3+mbps connection, RCI.org is stopped 50% on avarage while fetching those sites. And I have to refresh again and again. Hellyflyer, we already have a module for that that we were using. But it is not valid in super sales. Moreover, customers make their carts without logging in. The cart fetches the prices that is visible to the customer at that time and not the discounted ones (Because they would be visible only after logging in). So then we get emails from the customers cribbing that we did not get the discounted prices or the super sale does not have discounted prices...!! So what Kalyan has suggested is good. OSCommerce already has a feature for that but it cannot be used for a super sale where all the items are on discount. FB and Twitter are good addons but yes they do make the website slow because every new post has to be streamed to twitter account. Or with FB, after the website is open, it takes time to sync with FB account to show updates... They are good means of advertising bu not efficient in terms of coding... |
