He answers all our questions like why's shipping expensive on HK, Why some guys say HK's service is poor, etc etc... A must-watch for RC-hobbyists. ;D

Just basic economic sense. Let's face it. At the price they are selling, it would be unwise to expect award winning service. But they are way better than what they were earlier. My personal experience.
He also talks about the role of forums which is very critical to our hobby. Putting LHS out of business is also a very narrow minded concern. This is the era of globalisation. If you are not competitive, you get eaten up. LHS need to stand up to the challenge and evolve. He recenlty feel into the trap of attemtping to aquire Federally illegal drugs, such as "Ecstacy" MDMA.
