Yaay, it works now! Looks like the problem was on my side. Reinstalled the OS. But it was the only website that wouldn't open!

And yes, the site certainly is simple and hasslefree. That's how it should be. Not like the other big ones where loads of things are stuffed together making it messy and slow.

It would be good to see more variety of props and building materials. Good luck with your venture!

Hi ajith, I have also purchased goods from him and know pankaj well enough to know that he wont dupe you of ur money.

(I think u deposited 3992 and not 3392, as seen on the slip  :headscratch: )

Pankaj is a bit late at times in answering calls and he is sleeping almost throughout the day but rest assured that he will ship your goods as soon as possible for him. So i suggest you should calm down and wait sometime for your products to ship.

I know while placing the first order all of us as apprehensive, but give the other dude some time.  :hatsoff:

Please close shop and do something else like feeding cows or farming. Running a hobby shop is not your cup of tea. You do not know the meaning of commitment or how to deal with customers.
CLOSE SHOP & GET OUT OF HERE.

Hello ajai tanna ,

You placed your order with DTDC Plus shipping method ,I gave it  to a franchisee in our campus and they didn't ship it in two days (they have a threshold no. of packages then a courier guy comes and takes the packages to city),so i took it back from 'em and sent it by speed post. Your excess amount is sent to your given account via NEFT. I really have no idea why you are being so furious and giving suggestions about farming and other things.

PS:All orders which have 3s 2200 mah lipo are getting delayed as One package came to us completely wrecked and have faulty lipos .Such persons can ask for a refund or wait till17th september.

Pankaj -

Some suggestions... in your best interest.  The number one rule in customer service is "over communicate".  The effect of a store calling up people (or sending SMS/mails) saying your package will be delayed by X days due to whatever reason is phenomenal.

Second one is to plan for worst case, and communicate the same.  Say that you will take 3 or 4 days to ship, but ship the next day. Again, there is nothing like someone getting a package 2 days earlier than expected.  This is much better than saying the package should arrive in 2 days, and the customer get it 7 days later.

I hope you get the drift.

I have already mentioned in the site that it may take upto 12 days for a package to arrive .but i try to send it ASAP . i was not in the college during onam, so some orders were delayed.

To honour my commitment and protect my reputation I have on several occasions driven down 50 our more kms to put parcels on a bus so it may reach customers on time. So tell me how hard is it to grab a bike strap a package on the back drive down 35 kms to the city office of DTDC and book it. It is not like I am asking you to fly a plane or anything. It is very hard to build a reputation and keep it going. It would have taken just 1 hour of your time and you would have perhaps had a glowing response.
I still am keeping my fingers crossed. Let me first see what is it that you have sent me.

Also please bear in mind that college, franchisee, threshold etc., are your matter. No customer is interested in these. Remember that you are paid in advance the full amount, therefore your responsibility is several times more than a shopkeeper who sells across the counter. The customer is placing a great amount of trust in you - someone they do not know. Which means you have to bend backwards if need be to fulfill your commitment. Especially if the customer is new. In every other business you only get paid if you deliver.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in

true a commercial entity should have some basic level of commitment and as Anwar suggested, at least communicate properly with your customers.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: ajaytanna on September 17, 2011, 01:03:48 PM
So finally my parcel from Hobbyshop.in did arrive.
Everything was in order, but packaging could have been better. The Turnigy carton was wrapped in brown paper whereas it should have been first placed in another carton. One of the adjustment screws had come off of the right stick and was luckily stuck to the packing tape put around the styro inside. It is so tiny! Luckily I saw it and put it back where it belonged.
Pankaj was then quite helpful with several queries I had after that and was quite nice. It appears I have been a bit too harsh with him and especially the hay-cow-dung bit and Farming bit seems to have hurt him bad. But anyone sending full advance to an unknown person is bound to get jumpy when several commitments fail.
But at the end of it all, I would not mind dealing with him again and keep in mind that it may take up to 2 weeks for the stuff to reach me.
So Pankaj - you seem to be a nice chap, just streamline your operations if you want to continue with HobbyShop.in and want it to flourish. Tighten your turnaround times. Another advice if I may, use only EMS SpeedPost, you have no idea how efficient the Indian Postal System is. I can safely say that It Is The Best In The World. I have had several past experiences which are beyond exemplary.
Good Luck & Cheers!

+1.  It is sad to see another well known Indian store became totally non-responsive to customer calls and even emails, because the owner is travelling.  Fact is that such information should be either posted on the site, or email "auto responders" should make it clear that response will be delayed.  Such basics of business courtesy should not be taken lightly.

Thanks Shreekant.

Stock is recently received so haven't checked the threading pattern yet. Will let you know soon .
Boats are generally made by students for competitions(IITs ,NITs,and what not ),and they do not allow readymade hulls, for obvious reasons . The perfection of readymade hull can not be achieved for hand made hulls(in general) but hobbyists also prefer to make their own hulls .Hulls are not in our wishlist as of now ,may be coming 2 or 3months.Water cooled motors Will be in stock soon.

Once again thanks for the suggestion.

I really wonder should the lipo's be placed in a bag while charging? I mean what about all the heat thats generated, I would rather think of keeping it in open. I might be wrong not 100% sure about this....

...I mean what about all the heat thats generated, I would rather think of keeping it in open.

All the heat generated is contained by the LiPo bag. I think you missed reading the fact (in #75) that it is made of fibreglass woven fabric (similar to fireproof suits).

Same is the case with me here. I ordered two servos on 2nd and requested him to ship the servos on 3rd as I would be making the transfer on 3rd, which I did.  As of today, I have not received any shipping details in spite of sending couple of emails. This is really disappointing communication and service. I would caution anybody from making purchases here.

Pankaj, I really don't mind if the shipping gets delayed by a day or two, however, when customer emails get unanswered, it doesn't send good signals.

BTW, my order is showing the status as Pending, (Payment not received) on 2nd April. Attaching screenshot.

Hello Pankaj,

your previous mail tell me to Send the 9X back to us & we will send you a new piece ,Today yr mail says no dont send it.
What exactly are you trying to tell ,now not to send the TX which is faulty from Day 1 on receipt of the TX & now you mention that " We only replace items which are DOA(Dead On Arrival). Please do NOT send the radio back to us. "

I've also asked you whether this is the old version of Turnigy TX which was having many programming problem & you confirmed the 9X is of the latest v2 version then why was I facing so many problem ,if you re-collect I been following up with you several time via phone regarding this problem & you have not called me even once.Beside this, this order was placed for TX/RX along with backlight but the backlight never came along with the TX even though I paid for full.

I know this much that the product you sold me is faulty/defective  & the same is in warranty .Therefore send me Good problem free 9X  & reply to my mail (address /tel/contact person & if you cant do this then pls refund the money.

regards Peter

I ordered it form an "LHS" only because I thought I'd be able to use it during the week. But the week is gone and my T-Copter (not complete yet) is resting without a soul >:( However, during the weekend I can easily borrow it from some friend at the field.

So stop worrying about it :)

This is the biggest BS i have ever hear, One week of what? sale? receipt? what if transit takes more than that? you chose when to reply when not to, what is this pankaj? do you think this is ethical, if peter is not happy with his radio, least you could have done is attend to his call and sort out why he is not happy. no?

I guess you should sort out peter's issue ASAP, speak to him and clear the air here on this thread, will suit both of you

The biggest BS according to me is the warranty part mentioned in the email to customer. The customer buys goods in India and for warranty has to ship it to China!! Then what is the purpose of LHS?
Also, I am also not sure how this "warranty" will ever work, since he is not a Hobbyking customer.

The time frame is within One week of receipt . So transit time doesn't matter. We have accepted Doa items even after 1 week (in case the person doesn't have the accessories to test the item). Also he is not replying to my emails. Please suggest what should/can be done from our end.I believe that there shouldn't be  even one unhappy customer.

Hello Peter Sir,
The parcel was sent to HK for RMA on the next day of receiving it.We will send you a new piece when we get the same from HK .
As told to me by HK support staff it will take time as they will inspect the radio and then send a new piece. We are doing our best to get you a
New piece ASAP but the process of RMA is a little time consuming.
Thanks & Regrds.

PS:We give warranty on all items sold on www.thehobbyshop.in only for DOA(Dead On Arrival). As a special case we are going through this RMA procedure from HK.

If any item received by customer is not working as it is intended to WHEN (S)HE RECEIVE IT we replace the item(Including shipping)(customer needs to notify us within one week of delivery). But we do NOT provide any warranty on any products as products used in this hobby are a little more prone to user carelessness in general.

Dear Mr Pankaj,

On the phone you made it very clear that you would provide a new TX within 2 weeks, from date of dispatch ,Is that correct & you did not mention that you will send it to HK & on receipt of new one then replace it ? I'm not at all concerned with HK.I've bought the Tx from you.

Im not all happy with the kind of service.

I need a replacement of Tx or Refund in full within this comnig week .

Peter

Dear Pankaj,

Dont you think ,As a customer,Its my right to know that approx time when Im supposed to receive my new TX after dispatching the Defective TX  to you on 25.8.12. Then why did you lie to me, " Yes Lies to me " saying that you will give me a new TX within 2 weeks after dispatch (Dispatch 25.8.2012 ) as I was expecting the TX by this week  you were silent nor you replied to my mail nor sms me nor called me stating that you received the TX which was sent by me through EMS.

I BELIEVE in clean business, If you had clear concious with me then you would have clearly told me saying that this defective TX is being sent to HK & It would take xx no of days for TX to be repaired or replaced .Then its my call whether to send the defective TX to you or not as I feared

Based on your words stating that you will send me a new TX with 2 weeks I trusted you & sent the TX to you ,now you hold the TX as Ransome for unknown no of days/weeks or ? stating when HK will check & replace it thereby troubling the customer all the more & making him more unhappy.

In regards 6 channel TX Thanks for the offer,

I've paid in full for a 9x fully new working TX latest upgraded version(v2) & expect the same OR to close this transaction by a "full refund".

For my information,Can you provide me Details of shipment sent to HK & Also the RMA no since this pertaining to my TX?

regards
Peter

Hello Peter Sir,
First of all ... when did i not reply to your mail or SMS .and i never lied to you. also i have no idea why you choose to not send me /reply to my mail and come to thread and write anything you like. you are accusing me of things i never did.may be you choose to do ALL your communication here on forum in public. Please use mail support@thehobbyshop.in for any further communication.Writing on Rcindia is not similar to writing a mail, although i am regular on RCindia sending a mail is preffered.I said it will take approx two weeks and we received it on 4th JULY .Its been 2 days . Please give the other party some time to work things out.of course you want a refund today itself but please think from the other person's perspective also.

THS

PS:It is a wrong way to make pressure on a LHS through a Public Forum Just to make things work out in YOUR way.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: peter.gomes on September 07, 2012, 11:20:07 PM
Dear Pankaj,

you very well know the reason for me writing on this forum,if you still want me to specify then here it is,Look at all threads marked to you in this forum stating that the TX is defective & I need a solution ,Ive also called upon you in the past & wrote several mail but there was no response.

"PS:It is a wrong way to make pressure on a LHS through a Public Forum Just to make things work out in YOUR way."

Then what is right,Let me remind you that this Tx was bought from you in the month of Feb 12 & you are still solving my problem & now you mention in your below mail that you need some time -I've been waiting for a solution from past 7 months .

Its was this forum that forced you to reply inorder to defend your reputation & business or you would have never talked about replacement or may be totally ignored me as I Mentioned I beleive in clean business.

As mentioned earlier in my below mail that you told me on the phone that you will send me a new TX from the date of dispatch date i.e 2 weeks but you now say you received the TX on 4th of sept then when are you shipping the New TX to me ??pls be very specific with DATES.

2 weeks are already lost.

regards
Peter

I would like to report that this is PATHETIC customer service. It has been more than 4 weeks since I placed my order and I still don't know what the status is. The website thehobbyshop.in is now down, domain does not exist anymore. The contact number is always switched off and I have lost Rs. 1400.
I would advise people to NEVER buy ANYTHING from THS even if he does decide to start his business again.

Its bad and shameful to have people like THS in our field who are just interested in making money from all sorts of wrong methods and cheating people. Few days back also there was a report for an LHS doing similar thing.
Is there any way to avoid this? :banghead: :banghead:

Are you still running thehobbyshop.in?
Why do you let your reputation spoil like this? Why don't you phone your customers?
You may remember me as one of your early customers, when you were in Calicut. I even hosted your friend Ashish in Indore and took him flying.

The numbers i have for Pankaj are 07276049868 and 30215425575.

hello team THS

First as a professional commerce company with high customer service ethics ,  MY ORDER IS PLACE ON 3RD OCTOBER AND in-spite of several attempts to contact you by mail, SMS and tried to call their number many times but no response.

my order was placed on 3rd october and order no is 2842 for 9385 and according to your website you received payment only on 4th, and  don't know how.
i really could't understand why any shipment can take more than 10 days to start shipping.  i only ordered since you had stock and it was shown that you will be shipping immediately and i shall get it in 2 days.

i have selected expensive courier option to get the stock in 2 days,  but according to the website my order is still in process after 8 days of waiting,  if it is taking this long you should have clearly mentioned that the process will take 8 or 10days.  felt cheated and i should continue ordering from HK or amain eventho i have to pay customs and shipping charges.  atleast i know i will have peace of mind.

my decision to support ecommerce site like you was wrong.  i can only assume you do not do the same with other members.

disgusted

Thehobbyshop.in

Why cheat and live life in Lucknow. I suggest. Start begging which is better....

May be you should wait. He shipped it on 9th so probably it might reach today (Tuesday). Nonetheless, I've also ordered from there and mine got shipped on 10th. I thought he forgot to put the tracking in my status but I see it was intentionally not put. It seems pretty idiotic, fishy at the same time, to provide the website for tracking the package but not mentioning the tracking number itself. But vouch, the customer service is in-existent. He wouldn't revert to mails and sms. Worst, he'll even turn off the mobile most of the times.

Let's wait and see. Mine is not such a big order but I suggest you take some tough action and approach Police after you've waited enough, may be like this complete month. 10K is pretty big amount.

On the side note, you should consider censoring your address from the screen shot above.

It WAS once a good shop. though the products are a bit costly it carries mostly quality items with good delivery. infact it was the only shop i knew of in the beginning. dont know why they changed so much with changing their website template.

@techmuffins, you can contact the payment gateway and inform them about this activity and ask them to refund the money since they have not sent you the product. most cases they will ask for proof and ask you to raise a dispute in their website, finally you will get your refund from the payment gateway.

All the best.
P.S: had a look at their website, dont know why you need to login to just view the prices.!!!

And his friend/partner Ashish Sahu 9960703996
But they are all switched off.

I have also experience the same.

I had ordered twice on thehobbyshop.in and payment got deducted but their website told that it was failed transaction. So i ordered from ebay.in.

Now i am following up from them since 10 days to get my money back.

They dont respond on email.
They dont respond on mobile number specified.

Please do not trust them..

First search if Cyber police station is available for your state or not. If available, Lodge the complain there.

While filing FIR in normal police station, take in writting a letter for lodging FIR and keep a copy for receipt (You need this copy in future when the case will be called for). You may give the same copy to Consumer Forum of your state.
Take receipt first. Don't forget to take receipt. You may wait for OC/IC to come if he is not in office right then. Because, other police person may not take your letter for FIR but request to strike off the FIR as because they will make an GD instead of FIR. But you should insist for FIR.

But I'm still suspicious till I receive the items.

The person is legit. However, he totally  lacks professionalism. He puts lies on the status of his website. He would say shipped but won't give tracking because he actually didn't ship anything. He'll ship it after a week or two. He'll not respond to emails, sms, phone because he knows you'll ask for the tracking which he don't have.

But on the brighter side, the guy got a great packaging skill. He packs the things well.

I guess it's not wrong to tell the customers that shipping will take a month. We wait for international orders, we'll wait here too for non urgent items. It push you behind the competition but the path you're currently traveling will kick you out of the competition in no time. Do realize that rc community is small. You can fool everyone just once. After that they will never order again and may influence few others too in doing so. If you've genuine problem, it's okay to tell it to the customer.

You can claim the amount through payment gateway. just write an email stating the issues that it was not delivered. state the transaction ID in the transaction details. and raise a dispute request in your bank stating that the payment is fouled. this will easier and either of this should work.
i did this once with axis bank and they will in turn speak with the gateway which will be different, and you will get your money for sure. even if its a few hundred rupees.

After reading all this comments on hobby shop I regret that I have ordered AX-2308 1100KV Motor from him last time it arrived late took 10 days this time I am afraid that I wont even get my motor , what is wrong with this guy??!! I mean its disgusting even after getting bad reviews everywhere he never improve phone is always switched off no replies to mail. if this guy doesnot ship my motor I am gonna trace him and put an end to his website before all that I am actually gonna sue him . no matter how much money the case takes or how long it runs I am gonna shut him down forever. Just because of his fraudster  behavior I might get an "F" in my major project as the motor i purchased is not gonna arrive at time my effort of two years might turn to dust and if that happens , there is no way this guy can sit peacefully. I am gonna sue him and make sure he is in jail for committing fraud in business. if my career is destroyed by "Pankaj verma" he will have to pay a lot a whole lot of money for the consequences.

Dear @thehobbyshop.in,

I placed an order on your website...due to technical issues, a wrong order is showing up:

1. The payment went through. Your payment gateway provider confirmed that you accepted it.

2. I tried calling you multiple times for the last 5 days. You did not answer.

3. I tried sms'ing you. You did not respond.

4. I MMS'ed you payment confirmation and requested that my order be fixed. You did not respond.

5. I e-mailed you. You did not respond.

6. I contacted you on facebook. You did not respond.

7. I opened a ticket on you site. You did not respond.

8. I even left the details for you to see on rcindia.org but it seems you are truly very busy.

In all good faith, I am still hoping to have managed to convey my message to you. One small confirmation from your end would make a big difference. Request you to kindly respond.

Thanks!! :)

Sorry to hear that.

If i was you i would have done the following:

1. File the FIR under IT act
2. Contact the EBS payment gateway to complain about store. (They will stop payment gateway service)

Bank/CC company can't get you the money bank, you can try if you want to.

Follow the #1 & #2 above, it will bring the result.

If you had checked the forum for reviews of that site, then you would seen that thehobbyshop.in is a complete scam.

Mr Anwar, any chance you could ban the site from this forum so more people aren't scammed?

After looking at many negative feedback for this website here(rcindia forum) I'm glad that I decided not to place any order with thehobbyshop.in

Yes Sahil....
I'm quite aware and have made multiple purchases with the same.
So far I've purchased Hobby materials from RC Dhamaka, RC Bazaar & Indian Hobby Shop (ebay based seller).
Currently RC Dhamaka and RC Bazaar do not have any Lipo Chargers in stock. Hence I was scouting other sites for the same....

How sad! this store has been getting bashed for a long time now. Wonder why people order from them in the first place.
That said the need for the hour is a good e-commerce store which is professionally run not like most of the new stores coming up each day.
Theses days the seller has barely any knowledge of what he is selling and starts an online store! I experienced this first hand on my visit to one of the metros recently! Heck you are selling something you better know in and out of how it works/performs and its flaws too.
Latest products with current world equal prices are what we the hobbyist are looking for!
The largest stores in the country right now have about 20% stocks at the moment. They have had almost no stock of their best selling  products for over 4 months now. What is going on?

2015 will see a huge blend of hobbyist and consumers alike will see a huge boost in sales for Rc simply because of the consumer drone boom all around the world.

Hey,

Why do you guys charge us soo much for a product in India??

Below I have given some details:

The Turnigy 9x is just for $59.99(Actual Cost) + $24.59(Shipping) = $84.58 (₹ 5192.79) on HobbyKing.

The Only place where I found the 9x was on thehobbyshop.in and there it is about ₹ 10,670 (₹ 5477.21 more than HobbyKing). Why is your website trying to steal our money. When people find that this hobby is interesting and they wanna get into it they only reason stopping them is the price, transmitter is such a important thing in this hobby and everyone has to get one Turnigy 9x is such a nice all in one pack for starters!

Does the India Customs and thehobbyshop.in's profit add upto ₹ 5477.21 which is more than the actual price! We have to find a solution for this, It is making this hobby really expensive for new comers. Who just wanna try the hobby out but due to the price it is not possible.

Thanks for your time,
Junaid Shaikh

@TechnoCrackOC , Well sir if you check out quadkopters.com the Flysky FST6 is priced at Rs 5050 including shipping, so as Rcmumbais is charging around 5500-6000. Its all about how they get the materials, some has to pay high purchase cost, whereas some has to pay more for getting it shipped. Also the custom duty is a headache. Thats why we find some materials are at low cost at one LHS the same is costly at the other, hence Vice-Verse. But atleast they are locally available. Now you order the Radio set from HK, you ll be paying Rs. 5192, once it arrives in India, you have to pay customs for it, only if you are lucky. Coz in most of the cases Radios need ETA unless they ll not be allowed to be imported in India. Now either you ve to run down to the customs and do whatever they ask, or simply let go the Radio back to HK. ( Your money ll be refunded). Now someone tell me after going through so many hurdles why  a person should not charge a fair amount. As I said earlier its all about Landing Cost. If my landing cost is 9000 then I ll sell it for 10000 isnt it fair.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: TechnoCrackOC on January 28, 2015, 02:44:34 PM
Hey,

I am not against the profit price that LHS add but if their is a seller importing something from a foreign country and the person is taking up this as his job he need to be professional and do things precisely.

India’s import and export system is governed by the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act of 1992 and India’s Export Import (EXIM) Policy. Imports and exports of all goods are free, except for the items regulated by the EXIM policy or any other law currently in force. Registration with regional licensing authority is a prerequisite for the import and export of goods. The customs will not allow for clearance of goods unless the importer has obtained an Import Export Code (IEC) from the regional authority.

As far as rcbazar is concenred they are never in stock!  :headscratch:

Hope you understand!

Thanks for your time,
Junaid

u have raised so sensitive issue. every body is fixing their margin as per there wish (profit markup margin)

they are traders. they are not conerned about ur feelings.

but some sites are so prudent that they fix minimum margin, which is good

This is a ever going issue  :-\ I just pointed it out! But the example that I have mentioned above doubles the price! Surely nothing can be done unless we all hobbyist unite and think of something!

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: miginstruments on January 28, 2015, 07:02:34 PM
Well Sir as I ve mentioned its all about the landing cost. Same things at different price at different cities. I am not a trader, but I ve the import practice closely, if you get your material its fine, if it gets struck them it ll hang for a very very long time. Ask Satya Sir recently his material got up at customs. These are the things. But we cannot over rule the fact that there are some opportunists as well. They keep waiting till the stock of low price LHS gets over, now the customer has no choice but to go with the higher price. This is not good. I ll not mention the name but there is a LHS who is selling Naza GPS (GPS only) for 15000. Where as Naza m Lite with GPS the whole package is been sold at 10500.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: miginstruments on January 28, 2015, 07:04:10 PM
Plus there are LHS who ll take the money and not ship the materials at all. What do you call it. ths.in.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: IndianHobbyShop on January 30, 2015, 10:38:33 PM
Junaid, Just wanted to clear a point about the following:

"Imports and exports of all goods are free."

All this means is importing/Exporting goods is "Allowed" in/out of India (Except a few products like Tx/Rx where you need a seperate NOC and Import License from WPC)
The Custom duty which is about 30% (of Product Cost + Shipping Cost) still needs to paid.

As a general rule of thumb, the heavier and more space taking a product is, the more its shipping cost will be. Specially when you get these via Express shipping.

Title: Re: thehobbyshop.in
Post by: TechnoCrackOC on January 30, 2015, 10:58:37 PM
You can get it from the cheapest mean as we can wait for a while to get the product's..

No Issues TechnoCrackOC, Not your fault.

@lucifer27, Call EBS customer support at 1850 654321 and see if you can raise a claim for a refund (If you have paid through EBS)
I believe if multiple people will call and complaint then ESB would take strong action against TheHobbyShop and will suspend their account.

if you have paid by Manual Bank Transfer (Cash deposit or NEFT), then raise a complaint with your bank's customer care.
Also explain them about the whole issue where TheHobbyShop have duped not one, but many. Explain them about the negligence behavior of TheHobbyShop and the 'Con' that we keep hearing about day in and day out.

In business, no one wants to have trouble which can be avoided.

Now I am also going to complain in the consumer forums. This cheaters should be punished and these kind of fraud sites should be closed, otherwise more people will get cheated and these cheaters will enjoy with people's hard earned money. If nothing happens I am going to file FIR against them.

This is actually a good move, once the seller is suspended, he has to submit proof to the payment gateway that the earlier complaints were resolved, until then THS cannot complete any payments.

Zonuna

File a criminal case against him. Pass on the FIR number. I think this bugger needs to go behind bars. I can ensure that

All problem are related to location U.P.
Their police is bad their administration is bad .
Many people are also bad. And these people take advantage of this bad enviroment.

Dear Tanmay,
Act of one cannot justify generalization of many.
You cannot defame the entire State just because you had an unsatisfactory experience.
Come over to Lucknow, you will be amazed to experience how well people follow 'Tehzeeb' and 'Mehmaan - Nawaazi'

I know the goodness present there. Thats why i mentioned 'many' not 'all'
i dont want to blame the state. I just want to say the state's enviroment is adding to it.
If anyone hurt, i apologise.

What's with the name 'pankaj' and frauds? We've a similar character in airsoft field who's duping the entire nation from years. Not that he swindles it all, but charges 10x for everything. People should do their homework before clicking the pay button. Also most of these sellers are now on ebay & amazon which can be trusted.
