i placed an order /19/09/2016 from hobbyshop.. still even no response after so many sms or emails. Now its time to register complaint against thehobbyshop in cyber crime department..

Yes please do it. I have seen several persons being cheated by that store. It's strange why no one has yet taken any steps. Please file a complaint with the receipt of payment you made for the products.

Its been more thn 3 months and I haven't received the materials yet.

yes i talked with a cyber crime department today, their boss wikl come to evening and he will listen my problem... other officer said after seen my proof that this person will definitely in jail soon..

It would be even better if Harshu and other persons, who have bought from that site, all submit their proof of purchase, an support you. If you can , start a thread asking for their help.

I just had a talk with hobbyshop guy and hes willing to look into the matter so we should wait for few days and will see what can be done further if dont get the material or payment back.

its not a matter of commitment even he dnt pick up my phone.. no response of my emails.. i texted him 3 days ago for his decision of refund my money but no response.. just after so my rings he text me.. we will see or refund.. now 3-4 days past again..

He's not my friend  ;D... I contacted him about an hr ago. Ill tell him to check this thread if you want. what you can do is that just upload the snapshot of your order and payment proof.

he received  already my all details.. i mailed senior assistant of cyber crime officer.. lets see...

even i have his phone recording too.. during i placed an order thn i rang him for sent as much as poasibke thn he sent me an confirmation email... everything i have..

bro its fraud site... i did email to crime department for this.. they said me once i di complaint here in my local police department. one of my friend dad is inspector here in police. i talked with them they are ready to take action, you need to complaint in your local police department if you really want your payment.

Well be that as it may ,We have updated our new number in website as well which was also lost in same mobile.I can PM you the copy of FIR if that is required to prove my point.Please understand that i am determined to solve all queries whether related to delivery or payment.i need a bit of support from our customers,which is a lot to ask as we have put them in one trouble or the other by delaying some of their orders.

And right now you are posting this things so that no legal action is taken against you. If you are really keen on helping your customers out, then set a CLOSE deadline by which you will resolve all the issues. Else legal action will be taken against you.

this guy is a big fraud.... I had contacted him around 2 weeks ago regarding my order which had placed 3 months ago. While on the telephone, he told me that  hell look into the matter and will revert back by evening and now again his no is out of reach.

You can prove your innocence by giving refund immediately which will take no time through internet banking option. Now I guess you dont come up with any lame reasons to avoid that.
I think complaint can be withdrawn once money is refunded.

Order was dispatched on 10 oct but due to holidays it is showing 12thoct.should reach yoou by tomorrow.

And we had spoken about Barabanki etc.
Or when your friend/partner visited us in Indore.

There is a simple way to re-establish your credibility.
Just post your pending (prepaid) order book on the forum...

Then you can indicate the time frame in which you propose to supply orders already paid for.

                I definitely remember that, and i might take up your humble offer once i got some free time from this this mess i find myself in(which is my fault by the way).I can not post the order details here as it will be against our privacy policy.Rest assured we have delivered/dispatched some 60+pending orders and there are no more than 30 remaining,so we are almost out of the backlog.I respect you very much as a person and as amodeller and i can give you all the details in PM if you please promise me not to make them public.
