However the Confirmed custom Charges which is likely on all Fed Ex and EMS Parcels that too is negated ;). Yes you can be happy that you got the discount at the least. :hatsoff:

But yes, there is a risk of the package not being tracked. I have been lucky, but be advised YMMW...
