To become an entrepreneur is my life long dream and this new venture is a small step towards the same.

COD isn't available in Hyderabad?

Please input your pincode and select state as Andhrapradesh in the checkout page.
If your pincode is covered by Fedex the option will be shown as Fedex COD.
Also, PM the pincode to verify from our end.

Should be mandatory to register as a LHS to have COD and Fedex!
You set a good example hope the others follow soon.

I am really amazed by VibrantHobbies's quality of service. I placed on order for a kk 2.0 replacement screen yesterday morning (8/5/2015). It was shipped the very same day and I picked it up from the FedEx facility today (due to a 'delivery exception'). That was the quickest I have ever got a product. A friend in my locality had recently purchased a VT-Allrounder from Vortex-RC. After completing the build he phoned me up asking if I could maiden and trim it for him.
I hadn't flown my planes for a while(too busy with Quads) and they were just hanging on my wall waiting for servo replacements or motor, escs etc.
The maiden went well and I enjoyed the feeling of flying again. So we decided to meet up and fly the following week. This gave me time to order needed parts to make my planes air worthy.
On Sunday 3rd I made orders at three different LHS, Vibrant Hobbies, Hobbysea, and RcProduct. On Monday morning I made payment to RcProduct and Hobbysea via bank transfer, and chose cash on delivery for Vibrant Hobbies.
I had made a mistake with my order at "Vibrant", so sent them a message asking them to add additional servos to my order. They promptly replied and sorted out my issue with zero fuss.

I received my parcel from Vibrant Hobbies the next day, yes Tuesday, :bow:
Hobbysea was good with delivery time(as usual) arriving at my door on Wednesday. :thumbsup:
As for RcProduct, the parcel arrived on Saturday. Not bad but room for improvement.
So the winner is Vibrant Hobbies. I hope they keep up their service which is hard to match.

Have dealt with them twice(1 COD, 1 Pre-Paid). They shipped both orders almost immediately(within 45 minutes) after order got confirmed. Absolutely brilliant service by them. COD facility is definitely a very very good addition. FedEx and Aramex both tend to charge very high rates for COD, hence its good for larger value orders. @Kumaran/Velan Any way to introduce India Post COD through Express Parcel or Speed Post, since their COD rates are very very cheap :D ?

We have no confidence on the post for our business operations. The near by post office asked us to open and show what is inside most of the times when we attempted to use EMS at the beginning of our operations.

The private couriers pick up the item from our location whereas we can't rely on the post for timely pickup.

However, we use EMS (Not COD) on special request by customer. You may go through our shipping policy here. Read under title 'Shipping Partners'

Ahh I see...the situation is opposite here. Most of the private courier parcels get checked here by the company's. India post very rarely asks for what the contents are here. On top of that most private courier services get held up by authorities multiple times a month. While India post doesn't. I have seen India Post do next Day delivery to most metros and some other cities.  within 2 days to most other cities.

In mumbai not a single parcel that goes unchecked through ems
And yeah some times private courier parcels do get held up
But you will be informed and you will get your parcel every time

In Kerala both these guys(private and PostOffice) 'ask' for what's inside the parcels. You don't have to open up the boxes and show them. There are a list of items you shouldn't send through postal services because the same bag contains other important letters and documents.
It certainly is from place to place and really depends on how a particular person handles you, not a department policy or enforced rule. Mumbai is being strict on this subject for obvious reasons I think?

I think I finally found a reliable source for parts! Will place my order soon and will review them after transaction.

I had ordered a sjcam4000 with wifi from VIBRANT HOBBIES for around 6.5k. Recieved it in under 3 days and then it was not being able to update due to a firmware problem but it was working.
wrote them a mail and they asked me to ship it back for an immediate refund or they offered to send me an extra battery and an external charger as a gift. Since it was working well i accepted to keep it and took the freebies and ended it there.
Fast forward one and half month. I tried to switch on the camera but it wouldnt. Thought Id write them an email. Technically they had no obligation to help as i had accepted the freebies but they told me to ship it back and they sent me a brand new one which i got today. They also let me keep the extra charger and battery plus shipped it for free with express shipping. This is what i call customer service. totally recommend them to everyone  :)  :bow:

the vibrant hobbies is awesome. They are fast and reliable source for rc parts. My order is fast shipped and was packed perfectly.

My personal opinion.... Things are cheaper in vibranthobbies....... Will be dealing nxt tym with vibranthobbies

No offence but consider the availability of the cam from Banggood @ 76$ with free shipping at your doorstep.

But the gesture of replacing the same after 1.5 months is really appreciated.

@Rastsaurabh, but these if ordered will be take a delivery lead-time of 30 (+ or - 10) days . Think about the cost of shipping it back to them if there are any issues with the product. Added more is the anxiety of waiting for the product to get delivered. 8-)
