I live in m.v.p.colony..  and I'm now into 2nd engg. Are you also a student? Getting the scx10 is a better idea because there isn't any onroad track here in vizag for the hpi that you were planning to get which will get you confined to your home or a small indoor place.. and nitro's aren't much difficult once you get to know of them.. a friend of mine has a revo 3.3 and was also a newbie....

Hey,
No i finished my btech and now working as freelancer from home, and yes i know there are no onroad tracks in vizag but my area is suitable to play out side as you know less traffic.Yes i love the model of scx10 and i love the mustang too thats the reason i've choosen two.For both i may need 35k atleast so iam planning one after one taking some time in between.wht models do you have with u.

by the way i've recently bought a silverlit ferrari italia for indoor purpose :-p he he i know its a small car.

Have a nice day

Yea a small car but fun for sure.. now go try the silverlit 3d twisters you'll love it..  haven't got my hands yet on anything r/c :(
but when I first decided to get into this hobby I was more of a car guy especially the glow ones but few days into signing up in forums like RCU,RCG & RCI got my focus shifted to all those glow birds waiting to get bound to my tx loll ;D.  recently found a completely different love for freeflight rubber powered stick and tissue planes..... Right now raising funds for a tx..

Hey rahul
I was busy from last couple of days with work, yes the forums are more for flying guys than car lovers, but i still likes only cars. And by the way i've recently visited carzy car accessories shop in vizag with my friends for his Real car (lol) accessories, and there i found they are selling some diecast models and radio control models from maisto and other companies, and they do have couple of rock crawlers you can check them :)

i loved the 1:10 maisto models they have, and planning to take a mustang/audi (maisto) by this month ending 4.5k to 5.5k price.

Yeah I've seen them.. they also have a himoto gas buggy the baja5b lookalike... Saw the buggy from outside and went in expecting it to be a 5b but instead it was a himoto..

hey I don't think you'd be able to get the scx10 with your cousin as it'll have a tx in the package as it is an RTR... You "might" have a prob with the customs....
instead if you're really serious of the hobby and would progress more into it get a kit verion of the scx10.... This wouldn't attract the customs in the airport as it doesn't contain any rx/tx in it...   Then get yourself a better radio like a dx3s or others....   And for anything spektrum you can get it delivered to you from Mr.kapil jolly of dogboneracing.com without any trouble....

Senior members please correct me if im wrong..
