This is What doc Rajagopal Sent me

A good friend of mine,( a doting father who encouraged his children to achieve / fulfill their childhood dreams and is responsible for establishment of one of the aviation institutes in Hyderabad, the 'Flytech Aviation') - all his three children are good Radio Modellers and real life fliers. All of them hold CPL. The daughter, the Director of the Institute is Captain Mamatha, handles Admn and other works on hand, her brother Venu Gopal (Gopi) is always on the move for the Institute. Apart from their regular Inst work, they still fly models frequently at Nadargul / Nagarjuna Sagar airstrips. In fact, they were sort of inspiration for me to pull on, (at least on papers), to sustain the hobby. Mighty nice persons, specially my friend, the father Mr Krishnaiah garu.

What about other forms of pure Aero/Ship/Car modelling?

Sandy/Gusty - this won't work 'as intended'. I promise you. That Tootsie is another Red Herring. Betcha!

Tom left cheese outside a hole thinking that Jerry the mouse would come to feast and he would be there to catch him. What Tom didn't know was that the hole was inhabited by Roger Rabbit!

'She' came, 'She' surveyed and 'She' left - at about 11:06pm today. Try a better mouse trap in future.  :giggle:

Women/Lady/Girls RC pilots on RC India- A quick summary   :-\

Rabbits and foxes just never seem to get along. This is probably because foxes are always trying to make a meal out of rabbits, and rabbits are always trying to outfox foxes.
Brer Rabbit was the craftiest rabbit ever to cross a fox's path. Brer Fox was always trying to catch Brer Rabbit, but Brer Rabbit always had a trick up her sleeve.
One day, Brer Fox decided to get Brer Rabbit once and for all. Brer Fox knew that Brer Rabbit liked to go over to the farmer's garden every day for cabbages .... ;D

Gutsy u have sworn to shatter the myth of "woman's curiosity" I see  :)
Et tu VC ?

Serial crasher & Sandy !!

This thread is dedicated to those people who managed make a mark in hitherto considered as male bastion ! flying (be it Real, RC or otherwise). How many such are there in India ? that is the curiosity ! There is also a myth which says 'women suck at anything to do with machinery !' My daughter & wife are determined to prove that myth a reality. They seriously are not interested in anything to do with complex machinery, that includes smart phones and computers so i got them a simple phone (euphemism for a dumb phone) 'An Iphone' :giggle: (no offense to all Dumb Phone users)

As regards Serial crasher's identity ? I, honest to goodness don't care a whit (decided to keep the poor tiny Rat out of the way :) ), as long as it is not some Conman trying to gain that extra edge like our girl Rathi Agnihtri (or whatever !! VC will know better ;) ) did.

World is changing !! many ! many women are inspiring people and are making inroads into male bastions, to name a few Ayesha Farooq Pakistani Fighter Pilot Urvashi Patole (Female Biker of the year 2011  &  2013). there are many others, but then that is not the mandate of the thread.

As regards why not other RC items ? why not ? but then ! with no offense to anybody ! i consider all that is part of Earthlings ! safer, therefore doesn't belong where Gods & Angles dwell (With all humbleness and modesty)

Ayesha Farooq

Outlines of the thread does't quite seem to give that impression though.  :giggle:  :giggle:

After deciding to keep the poor tiny rat (No offence to anyone intended while qouting gusty please) out of the way and while trying to change stance here   :giggle: :giggle:

Gusty has stoked up quite a controversy  with the suttle sentiments of the closing line  ;D ;)

At the moment, I find myself in a bit of a quandary. A bit like Shikhandin from Mahabharat. Who do I defend? Serial Crasher's 'Et tu VC' prompts me to be with her and then again 'Rathi AgnihOtri'   and Sandy's appeal for support tempts me to be a Quisling........

Let me comprehend, contemplate and conclude.................. :headscratch:

SC - you brought back some very old cherished memories with the Brer Rabbit and Brer Fox bit............. 8-)

VC your predicament looks to me more like a "Brihanlala" situation than a "Shikhandin" situation. ;D

P.S : Memories of ginger beer and scones I guess   :)

Hey!!!... Gusty being a close pal we were just having a dig at him. That was only in reply to him being an elite air warrior and calling us poor earthlings. None of this is intended to hurt you or irritate you.

Feel absolutely comfortable here at Home among friends.

Hey folks,
keeping away from the altercations, the subtleties and the innuendos, telling you one thing I know for sure - (ref : reply 16 of VC), it is the character of Bruhannala, the other avatar of Arjuna, portrayed with great ease and passion by the legendary Telugu star of yester years Dr N T Rama Rao from the Telugu film "Narthanasaala" (or Nartana 'shala' of some) dubbed in to other languages including Hindi. He is known for the portrayal of characters from Hindu Puraanaas, especially those of Krishna and Duryodhana etc.,
