Hi all,
I have used 4mm coroplast for this trainer plane.

Wingspan: 48 inches. No airfoil.
Chord: 7 inches.  1 inch aileron.
Fuse length: 32 inches.
Weight: 320 grams ( no electronics and landing gear)
I did gliding test with ballast,  it glides nicely.
I already have few 9 gram servos and flysky t6.

I couldn't choose a suitable motor,  though I have been reading about choosing electronics over Internet for last few days.

Can anybody suggest electronics?

Nice one Ajay!

I've done different types of coroplast planes. If you build the whole frame out of 4mm coro, it will end up being a bit too heavy. It'll fly, but you won't be able to regain control quickly if it behaves badly or catches a gust of wind.

I only build deltas or square planforms with full 4 mm coro. Otherwise I use 4mm coro for the fuselage and use 3mm coro or HD foam for wings.

With electronics and landing gear the all up weight may cross 700g.  So, a 1000-1200kv motor with around 1000g thrust should work. A 1000-1300mAH LiPo will provide good flight time without adding too much weight.

Thanks swapnil,
I changed the topic name.  Bang Head I thought I was using 4mm,  but it is 3mm only.   Grin

Yes. NTM Prop Drive 2830-1100 kv will also suit.
http://www.rchyper.com/planes-parts/electric-motors/all-out-runners/ntm-prop-drive-series-2830-1100kv-motor.html

However, there is no propeller adapter, Cross mount etc is being supplied with the motor.
You need this accessory pack which is not in stock with us and you have to get it from below or somewhere
http://hobbysea.com/products.php?174

Whereas EMAX GT2215-09 has everything included.
