it is built by thermocole sheet, and ad board which we can see in electical posts (got it from there only ;)). 2 motors from a broken remote car. one for lift and another for propulsion. used the same radio and steering mechanism ( dont even have the servo ;D) from the broken remote car. and a piece of cloth from torn car cover for the skirt. simple isn't ;D

of course Sahil we did it by our self check out the video's at our website. And by the way you don't get V22 osprey foam 1/32 scale model for sale at Ebay. Making a VTOL is not a simple job - 8 months of detailed research and by far 1 month of build time and half a month of testing has gone in the project. most of our parts were sourced by Sai uncle and the remaining one's are coming from tower hobbies. every part of the plane has been carefully chosen keeping in mind the problems it shall face. but how much ever you plan you need some VTOL and stabilization basics and experience to get every component tuned up for example the piezo gyro wouldn't suffice so we are choosing GY401 gyro. Another drastic improvement was the v tail mixer which would not give us our results. so we are going for TH-2 custom made V-tail mixer which can control gyro output and is specially programmed for VTOL. By the way next time you visit drop in a suggestion.
