Title: Coroplast fuselage catapultglider Post by: B.karthik on August 20, 2009, 09:49:58 PM hi friends i have made a catapult-glider out of biofaom with coroplast as fuselage and it worked successfully and i will show you the pictures here.i did this because of help from every member here in this forum.thanks to all.i have used
1. balsawood spar for wing 2.visiting card for vertical stabiliser. 3.balsawood nose-doubler for catapult on one-side of fuselage so that coroplase doesnt get teared. this worked very well. Problems: 1.is it necessary that nose-doubler should be used on either-side of fuselage nose for aerodynamic reasons. 2.then cutting of coro for fuse should be carefully done otherwise decalage would be negative. 3.Fevikiwik should be used so that it gets stick to the coro easily but we have to wait for a few seconds.
