This flame structure is made from white cardboard sheet which is covered by white chart paper and golder/silver paper. Truncated cone shape given to the top portion for better airflow. CPU cooling fan used to blow the air from the bottom. Fan is rated at 12V @ 250mah. 12V standard red LED strips used for flame light effect. To prevent air turbulence use square air diverter. The unit can be power on/off by small switch which is hot glued on the side. The unit gets power from 3S lipo.
