I am planning to build a short range FPV plane , inspired by Sky walker/sky surfer/bixler and MQ-9 Reaper. Jokes aside, ;D I have started to build the project in September 29th and expect completion before October 12th. It is for a science/technology Exhibition conducted by the Kerala State Government for State level schools on October 17th. So, Here are the specs of the plane: 36' wingspan 26.7' fuselage length Max weight 900 GM's Body made out entirely out of medium density packing foam from refrigerator packing foam, wing made from high density foam sheets. Body is reinforced with fibreglass and barbeque sticks. Wing reinforced with metal rod. Normal tail configuration. Tri-landing gear. Plane Electronics Specs-- Motor:2212-6 2200kv motor Prop:6x4E ESC:40A Battery:3S 2200 Mah 11.1v Lipo Servo:4x9g servos Tx/Rx:Flysky TH9X 2.4Ghz with 9ch receiver FPV Specs-- TX/RX:5.8Ghz 600mHz transmitter and receiver Camera:Sony DHS chipset(from Sony Effio-e camera) TX Battery:3S 500 Mah 11.1v Lipo RX Battery:3S 1300 Mah 11.1v Lipo Recieving system: 4.3 inch monitor Will be posting new updates and would like to hear your feedbacks.
