Thank you,Thank you guys.
@azhaguvel:   I have used low density thermocol for wing, and for body both high density and low density .
For strengthen of wing i have used Bamboo stick.

I bought locally available thermocol which is generally used in decorating purpose. As this materila is not strong so i add some highdensity thermocol that is used in refrigerator packing.
Combination of both gave a good strength.

I have designed it such way that ,by using easily available cheap material any one can make a best plane model
like a ready made one.overall 100 rs is spent to make the whole body.

Dear Sultan,

This is fantastic. Everything home made!! Can you give circuit diagram, PCB layout and component list for home made lipo charger?? What is the precision, accuracy and other specification of the charger??

I am a Corogamist!

Great build!!

The TX is good for learning circuits but I am a bit skeptical on its practical usage. Make sure you have the right range before you use it. On the lipo charger, I believe you have just used a voltage regulator and there is no protection mechanism. So, better watch out. Lipo chargers do have a sequence for programming and discharging.

Overall, I am quite delighted to see all the hard work you have put in.. way to go!

Sorry friends .Due to some reason i could not attend this topic. Sad

@Viswas:Posting some pic of circuit diagram of my charger. And also let me know that i have not designed it.

::::::Description:::::

This is basically what I have been using to charge lithium cells up to 1250 or highrer mAH. It's simple, cheap and the components are all common as. I'm putting it here for others to veiw for ideas on building their own and take no liability for any inaccuracy or mistakes.

You only need basic electronics skills to make it but it must be checked before use with a good quality multimeter that will allow you to set the output voltage accurately and test the current limiting as well.

Lithium Charger parts list:

2 x LM317 adj Voltage Regulator IC
2 x Heatsinks for the above
5W Wirewound resistor (1.2 ohm resistor for 1.04A current)
(1 ohm for 1.25A)(1.8 ohm for 700mA)(5 ohm for 250mA)

120 ohm resister 1/4 Watt MF 1%
Voltage regulating resistor 1/4 Watt MF 1 %

Veriboard on which to mount components and other items like cable, vented case, and capacitors if you fell they a necessary.

current regulating resistor ( do not exceed a current greater than 1C):
R = 1.25/Current in amps of current regulator.
eg. for a 700mAH Flightpack
1.25/0.7A = 1.78 ohm

voltage regulating resistor:
R = (96 x Vout) - 120
eg. for a 2 Cell pack being charged to 8.4 volts
(96 x 8.4v) - 120 = 686 ohms
eg. for a 3 Cell pack being charged to 12.6 volts
(96 x 12.6v) - 120 = 1090 ohms

With voltage regulating resistors you may have to use 2 to get the value you want.
@@NOTE@@@
If the correct value resistor is not available (generally metal film resistor),then use variable resistor and set it to its correct resistance using good quality multimeter.((For reference see my own charger picture))

After you have built it check that the output voltage is no greater than 4.2 volts per cell. Then set your multimeter up to read amps and short out the outputs with the probes to make sure the current is correct.

If you put a 5 Ampmeter on the input side you check the state of charge of packs and watch the amps go down as charging is completed ( For the first hour of charging a flat pack the reading
should be 1CAmp ie 0.7amp for a 700mAH pack )

As I have said above do not attempt to build unless you know what you are doing or can be helped by someone that does. Shop around for components if you can as big retailers here charge double the price of elsewhere.

Posting pic.

Thanks everybody Smiley

@Aditya:  Max range of tx is around 1.5 km but it depends on the voltage supply to it.
@Kalyan sir:  I have paid out approximately  :Rs:6000 to complete it.

I have flew it several times and also crashed and repaired .I will  post my maiden flight to all my friends here, but where i am present now to sky my plane , the internet speed is very slow Sad.As soon as i wil go to my home i will post the video.

Don't know why missed the video.

Sultan, would you please elaborate about the 2.4GHz module fixing with PPM signal (interfacing). and with Rx or in Rx. Is there binding or something among module ?

Or made with XBee  module? Anything to configure ?

Learning to Fly

@Sultan Alam. Built in 2 days. WOW for the effort.
I see a lot of threads stating how quickly they built their models.... My single biggest lament is - WHY AM I TAKING SO LONG TO BUILD? Or the other way to put the question would be "How come you guys finish so fast?"

On a lighter note - what do you mean by "fully handmade"? I did not know you could make a plane from any other part of the body Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
