does any 1 know hw to build Glow plug ignitor from scratch...

Basically it is just a matter of applying about 1.2v volts to the plug.  I have seen people just take a regular AA battery of 1.5volts and use two pieces of wire to connect one end to one of the engine bolts, and the other end to the plug, as a quick fix on the field.

If you use a 1.2v Sub-C cell (Sanyo is commonly available), you can bring down the voltage also.

just make sure that the voltage is below 1.5volts otherwise one ends up burning the glow plug  :violent:
