My HK quad-rotor control board gyros are not working but throttle are working OK. But cannot found any effect on motors speed, after increase/decrease gyro trimmer or tilting the quad-rotor frame. Sorry, my English is poor & sorry for any wrong write. If you just tilt it at zero or very low throttle, nothing will happen. You will need a certain amount of throttle before you can notice the gyro action.
Also, please make sure you follow the setup procedure properly/exactly.
