@arun.vijayan
Sir,
Good to see that you have completed the airframe.
You must have considered other related issues also.
I would be grateful if you can share the following data, which affect the safety of the aircraft.
The main reason for my enquiry is that your engine may be capable of 5000 watts at best. With a correctly matched prop, it may be able to fly an aircraft of maximum 100kg.
Don't know whether you are aware of it, but in our model aircraft we are using 200-300watts per kg.
You may need at least 25hp or say 20,000watts!, if the wing loading is low enough.
Please be EXTREMELY CAREFUL...
Regards.

What is the weight of the complete aircraft?
What is the weight of the pilot?
Are the wings strong enough to support 2-3 times the total weight?
Have you tested this?
How much is the wing area?
What is the wing loading?
What is the output of your engine (in hp or watts)?
What is your power to weight ratio?
Is it enough?
How much thrust does your engine/prop combination produce at full throttle?
Is it enough?
What is your estimated stall speed?
Is your engine power and prop pitch adequate to achieve 2-3 times the stall speed?

Practice, and only Practice will make you perfect

Ac design is my subject, few flaws i see are:-
1. in the basic rigging itself,  wing incidence is set very high, she will, with this incidence flip backwards,
2. your elevator power (tail volume) is grossly inadequate,
3. where is the aileron?
4. Tail boom strength and force balance on any aeroplane is a complex subject, long story short, they aren't anywhere close to optimum.

Let me tell you how she will behave, on take off roll, she will prematurely lift off(considering the power is adequate), to control, pilot will push the stick down, that is the time tail boom will bend or break, wing with pilot will flip over anyway.

Not to discourage you, good effort, for news bites,  for real? Far from it.

Appreciate your hard work however

Safety Audit required and that may expose lot of issues
Power, strength, airworthiness ,police permission, air traffic control clearance ,public property safety and so on after all it's a manned aircraft

What is the weight of the complete aircraft?
   137kg
What is the weight of the pilot?

For calculating CG I took 80kg as pilot weight

Are the wings strong enough to support 2-3 times the total

weight?

NO,it has to be modified,Never imagine that i'm not

serious about my dream. For creating strong parts need extra

money and testing facility.I'm still doing a part time job

Have you tested this?

no sir, wing loading  not tested.I know she is not in a

condition to fly.But i will try my best to

How much is the wing area?

  15 m sq
What is the wing loading?

 14.46kg/m sq

What is the output of your engine (in hp or watts)?

22.6hp Engine hp was increased by adding a flywheel.

What is your power to weight ratio?
Is it enough?

0.075 hp per 1 lb

How much thrust does your engine/prop combination produce at

full throttle?
Is it enough?

thrust produced in low ,because propeller was self made and

pitch angle of propeller is short.

What is your estimated stall speed?

 around 30km/h

Is your engine power and prop pitch adequate to achieve 2-3

times the stall speed?

engine power is ok,But propeller pitch has to be increased
