Title: Action cam comparison-Xiaomi or SJcam Post by: v2 eagle on September 02, 2015, 09:01:44 PM Im looking for a action cam for my upcoming project and stuck between the two cams-SJcam and Xiaomi.

Sj no chance, poor light handling as seen everywhere, mobius is another option and i use it too but is quite sensitive to vibrations. I am also planning to get a yi, but haven't pulled trigger yet.

By all means (both hardware , and performance) xiaomi outnumbers sj4000. I have also used Möbius , which is also good! Best cam for price, wish it came in black. ;D
Also sj4000 eats through batteries max 1hr:15min at 1080p 30. And without a good sd card produces stutter.Dont know if this is true for yi. I've ordered one for me from Honkong. Of course Yi is far better than Sj but some person says that it beats even Hero4K in light headlining and contrast. I'm little bit concern about live video out for Fpv. Has someone tried it for Fpv? I am using the Walkera G-2D go-pro gimbal with my Sj4000. Had to do some balancing, used small metal washers. Its running great! I hope the same applies for Yi.
