So, I bought This FPV kit from Quadkopters. The camera has 6 connectors for output, but it doesn't mention which pin represent what. I don't want to burn my camera, by plugging wrong pins. These are pics:

Can anyone tell me which pins represent what?? In Sony 420TVL CCD camera.

The port named CDS is for trigerring the infra red active mode in this mode the camera becomes black and white but it increases low light performance drasticaly.

I know red is +7V, black GND, yellow video out and other are audio. But where to connect this to the camera? Head Scratching

For the camera you only have to give YELLOW RED and Black (3 pin connector) not the other connector.

Check the back of the transmitter or receiver you will find a connection diagram.

From the transmitter, you only have to connect Yellow,Red and Black wires to Camera. Camera comes with one similar connector too, just join the wires from the camera to the transmitter.

Worked perfect, thanks.
One more question. Which AC adopter we need for the receiver? 12V 1A or 12V 0.7A or 12V 1.5A or more? I tried 12V 1A, it's getting warmer and pretty hot after time..
Also what about using a QK 3s 1250mah lipo for FPV transmitter (with other too pie gimbal and lights)?
Thanks a lot.
Regards

It would get hot since it is transmitting signal. You can try with different lipo. check the datasheet of the transmitter to know the how much current it is drawing

The problem I was doing it using a 9xr transmitter pack 2200mah for transmitter and using 12V 1A adopter for receiver. I saw the data sheets, it draws 150mA current constant. So need to use low current adopter for receiver. So that both will stay cool. 😄😄
Thanks for ur reply.

That does not matter. You can even use a 12V 5A adapter and it won't heat up any more than that. This seems to be a pretty common point of confusion - devices DRAW only so much current. The adapter does not FORCE any current into it. The rating is simply the maximum current it can supply. Do you mean to say the transmitter is heating up (which is pretty normal) or the receiver is?
