and do not go to lajpat nagar for every 3or4 small parts
and lajpat nagar is not near my house

Electronic components are pretty inexpensive. I doubt there will be any shops with a COD option. But yes if the quantity is large, someone may just help.

Can you tell what is your specific requirement? I, or other enthusiasts on the forum might be able to courier them over to you if its a commonly used component.

If you live in delhi, you are better off buying from local seller than an online retailer. It'll cost you VERY VERY less. And buy in bulk the components which you think you would need more frequently. That way you would not have to go "to lajpat nagar for every 3or4 small parts"

I don't think the cost is low...even I can get LED a Re.1 /piece locally even in single quantities...in large quantities it comes to about Re.0.50/piece

Those are 10mm LEDs. The LEDs generally used are 5mm

@ mahir - this means that if you buy 1000 pcs the cost
will come down to Rs 2.23 per led

i.e you will have to pay Rs 2230 /- for 1000 led

It means  that in 1000pc lots , the price of each LED is Rs.2.23
so the total is 1000 x 2.23 = Rs.2230 for 1000LEDs

But can you imagine I have purchased 100 Green LEDs (Diffused) for Rs.35/- and 100 Red (Diffused) for 28/- only at Chandni chawck market. And the LEDs (5mm module) costs not more than Rs. 1.5/Pcs except bi-color/tri color/dancing tri color LEDs.

Dancing LEDs (Bi Color) costs Rs.3.5/Pc. --(Rates are 6 months old and purchased for 10 nos only)
Dancing Tri Color LEDs costs Rs. 4.8/Pcs --(Rates are 6 months old and purchased for 10 nos only)

Transistors (548B, 558B, 494b etc. are 1-2Rs/Pcs. 0.25 watt resistors are 25/- per 100 pcs packet.
Metal Can Transistors CL100B, CK 100B, 13005 are Rs.10/Pcs,
D882, 13003, BT136, LM7805, UM66 are Rs.5/Pcs.
LM555, BEL1895, LM386 are Rs.10/Pcs
1N4007, 1N4001,1N4148  Rs.60/100Pcs

1/3 watt 8mm module LEDs purchased 400 pcs box for Rs.5/Pcs. - purchased 1 year back.
A few days ago 1 watt White LED with heat sink is seen for Rs. 10/-

Though it is not directly related with RC except electronics, I post this to give only the idea so that you can purchase the components even from your nearest radio/tv repair shop. Even if they have no ready stock, they can purchase and send to you.
Even if they take double price than they purchase, it will be cheaper than your shipping cost of online shops or COD.

Firstly, these are 10mm LEDs, larger, and a little more expensive than its 5mm variant.

The mentioned price on the website is for unit quantity.
If you buy only one LED, you pay 3.5/-
100 LEDs = 2.75/- per piece (2.75 x 100=275/-)
1000 LEDs = 2.25/- per piece (2.25 x 1000= 2250/-)

Not really as cheap compared to what it costs me buying locally, I can get a pack of 1000 10mm LEDs for a little over 1500/- depending on color and quality.
