Just received my mini apm 2.6 .
Loaded arduplane and connected mav link, i could see the horizon in the MP, and apm connects fine through data cable.

However i cudnt connect the 3dr 433mhz radio to MP. It always says timeout error. Is there anything we need to observe while connecting these radios. The connectn bw apm and radio is correct afaik, and it shows good signs of connectivity, ie, the green light blinks while either of the module is off and stays solid while both are on.

Any one has experienced these before. Apm wiki doesnt has these stuffs.

in the mission planner, you have to change the baud rate too its different for USB and telemetry.

Alternatively, try auto connection

I think the baud rate for telemetry is 57k

This is most likely the problem. The USB interface and telemetry have different baud rates: 96k and 57k respectively if I'm right, or it might be a faulty driver(Windows 8+).
