The output voltages are,
+12v at max 15 amp,  +5v at max 20amps, + 3.3v at max 16 amp, -5 v at max 0.5amp, -12 v at max 0.3 amps

Hi rc lovers
This is my new built 500watt bench top power supply made out of spare SMPS.

Interesting, but not quite clear!

The output voltages are,
+12v at max 15 amp, i.e, 180w
+5v at max 20amps, i.e, 100w
+ 3.3v at max 16 amp, i.e, 53w
-5 v at max 0.5amp, ???
-12 v at max 0.3 amps ???

12v ×14 amp = 168 watt x 2 outputs= 336 watt ( see 3rd pic)
5× 20 amp = 100 watt
3.3v ×  16 amp = 52.8 watt
-5 v × - 0.5 amp = 2.5 watt
-12 v × - 0.3 amp = 3.6 watt

Total 494.9 watt

12V rail has two outputs?
You mean you have put two SMPS components in one box?
BTW can you post ratings of SMPS itself.
