Looks like this will work with receivers having A2 inputs.
You will need to connect the input to +/- of Balance port of your LiPo, and then only connect the Signal to your Receiver A2 pin (don't connect the ground).

One thing we need to keep in mind ... we re putting a very fragile electronics between the receiver and direct connection to battery. My voltage sensor fried and ate up my frsky receiver two times along with other costly electronics before I realised whats happening.

What is required is some sort of voltage clamp circuit so that excess voltage does not reach the RX

We are mainly into fixed wing. Every gram counts.  :banghead:

I am trying to make a voltage divider myself for 3S Lipo ( using 4:1 ratio quarter Watt Resistor combination 40kOhm & 10 kOhm ) for my G-RX8 receiver. So, I want to learn from your experience and not repeat the same.

One thing I learned from reading other's experience is not to create a ground loop by connecting the Ground into the Rx (Only. the signal goes to A1/A2 pin on Rx).

I did try this, and it did not work. I am not great at electronics, but it will be interesting if someone can help getting this sensor to work.
I love the idea of having the battery voltage on the TX and the readily available voltage sensors are expensive.

Hi, did u connect the 25v input of the Voltage Sensor to the Lipo Balance Port + and - pin.?
Also, from the Voltage Sensor output, you need to connect only the Signal pin (sensor pin) to the A1 or A2 pin on Rx (receiver). You need not connect the Ground Pin on the Voltage Sensor Output to Rx Ground (this is to avoid ground loop).

What is the maximum voltage you guys are looking at ?

I am looking at 12.6 (3S Lipo for now)

Simple... the lipo sensor got short on a hard landing. It poured the entire 12 volts in to the receiver. The receiver fried instantly and poured the voltage to the gyro. The gyro any way prevented the catastrophe and didn't pass the voltage to the servos but died.
