Title: 3d printer filament advice required
Post by: AmritSandhu on November 15, 2018, 02:40:40 PM
Hi guys, This is question for 3d printer owners.
Which brand of filament (pla) do you use and has according to you the best quality ?
I am fed with paying a premium for filaments and then recieving absolute garbage . I would like to know your opinion and what options you have tried till know.

I have bought the techie pla filament from Amazon thrice - the first one (neon green) was awesome, the second (black) was par quality and third one (red) is absolutely horrible.

Pls include a link to the filaments if possible

Thanks

I have tried quite a lot of filament brands. But, I have got the best price to quality on Solidspace Filaments. These also have very good layer adhesion. These have proven to be the best for me atleast. I use only these now...
you could contact them via email for buying directly... they have a very responsive customer support too...

Hi, You can have a look at these filaments.

Wol3d PLA - Rs1000 (contact through whatsapp for this price)
Their filament however becomes brittle after couple of weeks without proper storage, This would be perfect for you if use a lot of filament.

Augment 3D PLA - Rs830 (I haven't tried them yet)

Cheapest Filament PLA - Rs800 (I haven't tried them yet)

P.S: I have also used techie filaments, I don't think it is worth the price for their quality. Even the generic filaments outperform them.
