I use O'Donnell. It have temp gun and stop watch which help to see how long the tank last, and when to bring it in for refuel during race. I also have Raytek, its more accurate and cover more lange of temp but its little big.
None of the temp gun are accurate, all will have 2-5 degree difference.
The most accurate temp gun, that pro use are Exergen DX501 pro temp gun, but the price is 250$.
Go for Duratrax, O'Donnell, Raytek. Not a big fan of Ofna, but I think BRC hobbies have them, so its the best you could get in India.
But as Ajo said, Duratrax is cheap and very good gun or spend 10$ more and get O'donnell with stopwatch.
Its something that you buy once and use it for years.

I use a brand called Doohan (http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=navclient&gfns=1&q=doohan+mini+laser+temperature+gun&safe=active), not too expensive, works reliably.

BRC hobby has it but the cost is Rs.3000.. Do i really have to pay so much for a Temp Gun?

The Tower one may workout a bit cheaper, at the hassle of waiting for the shipment.  There is no doubt it is a good thing to have, especially when simple tuning tricks (like touching the engine back plate) are not deemed available as options.

I think i will go for the Ofna one.. Ofna one has better quality and BRC have assured if the Temp Gun is faulty they will replace it for free. Guess that reduces the risk of buying abroad..
