can i use Polystyrene Foam Board instead of depron

if you're talking about Styrofoam/Thermocol, yes you can.
if you're talking about sun board, yes you can, but heavier than the above.

i reliased that it was you who posted about biopack sheets availablity in ramkote x roads some time back, pls share your experience with foam from the above shop you had posted about,

i am planning to start shopping for scratch building this weekend,

you can use that biopack for scratch build. i suggest you to follow plans in flitetest.com. they used same foamboard(they called dollor tree foamboard).simple plans very easy to build. follow these links
