So finally the wait is over, at least for me. I've been developing a CNC hot-wire cutter for foam cutting for a while now, it's a nice machine with flashy aluminium parts that makes foam cutting very convenient.
The kits will soon be available through Technigriti Systems, Bangalore.
The dimensions/work volume of the machine can be modified as per the customer requirements, typically stock kits are 1000x500x500mm (LBH).
Comes with Arduino based hardware that can be used with a host of softwares including Mach3 and DevFoam, etc.
Also, you can add your own hardware controller.

More about pricing and availability coming soon.

The technical specifications of the machine along with some real pictures would be very helpful to understand the machine. Also the cost would be a deciding factor for buying 4 axis CNC machine because of limited usabilities.

Wonderful! Can it take Nema23 motors? I have 4 of them lying around with me (along with TB6560 controller) from a DIY hot wire system that didn't work as expected.
