I am going to make a plane with help of coroplast, i have assumed that, i shall maintain it's weight till 1.5kg. In market, there is so many types of coro sheets are available, according to its properties like strength and weight. As soon as we increase its weight it's strength also increases, so here is requirements of strength not weight.
Anybody please suggest me, what type of physical property should we accept to make our plane more stronger and lighter?  Huh? Huh?

Information sharing improves knowledge of both.

I use 3 mm coro. Density is 0.25 g/sq inch.
So you can simulate the weight of the airframe and simulate CG using basic moment calculation.

The custom is 3mm coro for wings and 5mm coro for fuse. alternately small electrics can go for 3mm fuse and wings.
Strength comes from the way you use the flutes in the sheet. align them with the way the plane experience the stress.

Mr. Sanjayrai55;
In Mathura, there is no any source, but i am approaching to a industrial company name is ' nilanchal poly extrusion company'. it manufactures coro sheets at large scale, but they have so many variety. they selling it in unit of GSM i.e gram per square meter.
But i want a definite, predetermined coro sheets information, which is specially use for making rc plane. And available in north india.

Dear ashwin,

pick up the one that feel the lightest. Dont go for too much calculations. when you bend the coro for building the strength will get doubled and will be more than enough for RC use.
There is one more coro variety that looks translucent and looks a little ivory in colour. it is a superb material, light, strong and can be easily cut/bent. if you can get that one you should be lucky.
I once had a A4 sized sheet that came as a bottom padding for some electronic equipment inside the packing. showed the sample to many dealers but never got the same material. its very thin like 2mm but stronger like kevlar.

In Thrust, I Trust

Hi ashwin, if you want coroplast in smaller quantities, I would suggest looking for shops that do Signboard printing. They use coroplast to print on. They would be willing to sell you even 1 or 2 sheets. A sheet of 3 mm coro which is 6x4 feet should not cost you more than Rs.150-200. As said before, 3 mm and 5  mm are most commonly used, however, if you find 2 mm and 4 mm, that would be a better combination (As your plane would turn out to be lighter, but still strong enough).

i used 3mm coro for wing ribs and 2 dipsticks from four-wheeler vehicle as L.E spars and butter papers for wing skin. succeeded to make a blended wing; and the stuff came out to be awesome with a high endurance of glide and awesome wingflex
