I have no clue on dremels. Please suggest a model, wheels, accessories to get. I prefer a cheap one as its for very rare use. I hardly strip my screws as I use high quality wrenches and am patient with my cars.
You can buy a Dremel 200 series with 5 accessories. Depending on the city, we can recommend a dealer. You can also check out the product on www.machpowertools.com

Which is best Dremel 4000 or 3000?
4000 is a newer and better model but priced higher.

Don't wake a Tiger until you've factored the teeth

Overkill! All you need for Depron (and Corro, Balsa) are a modelling knife. We generally use a box knife.

Dremel accessories are good but expensive. There are a whole lot of Chinese ones available, which work fine too check aliexpress.com

My father was thinking of getting an dremel so I asked.
would it work still.
I just bought a cutting knife and had many problems cutting depron I replaced the blades also but still wasn't able to.
It would be very usefull if we could cut as I am thinking of making an electric balsa model as RCBazaar has provided Balsa for very cheap price which is good.
could you suggest any good and small balsa trainers

Yes, there is. We have a multichuck option. You can use bits upto 3.4mm.
http://www.dremeleurope.com/gb/en/ocs/product/6067/215/multi-chuck/multi-chuck-(0.4-3.4-mm)
Also check 4485 collets
http://www.dremel.com/en-us/Accessories/Pages/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=4485
You can check out the product on www.machpowertools.com too.

I got my first Dremel today!! Grin Its the Dremel 300-2/30 (dremel 300 + flexishaft + accessories) for just 3800 bucks(MRP 7500) from a dealer in Kolkata. AFAIK dremel replaced the 300 series from this year with the 3000 and so the shops are letting go of old stocks at discounted rates.. You guys might also get such a deal if you shop around..
