Good News to all depron model builders!

Most of us have hard time to procure best adhesive/glue for depron/extruded polyesteren foam considering cost and stock availability, today I tried polyfix instant pvc glue and amazed with its results.

Cures within seconds
Strong bonding
Cost 160/- per 50g bottle ( through Flipkart)

No burning of foam even on 1mm depron.

Need to be careful while applying otherwise it sticks to skin instantly. (Apply acetone if gets contact with skin)

After much try with araldite clear, fevicol rapid lapox and hot glue I found this polyfix glue as useful as uhu por glue.

I disagree! I had purchased this product last year and tried to use it with non laminated 5mm depron. I made sure to use as less as I could on the surface and not to puddle the glue but it still ate through the foam. I have realised that if you want glue for depron then you need a glue that is solvent free, the solvent is what eats through the foam also solvent is what makes the glue instant glue.
