Hello, I have wilga 2000. And its Horizontal Stabilizer Hinge was slightly broken and I doubt if I can use normal glue. Can someone suggest me which one to use?

You could use Cyano. But the simple and easy way is tape: Blenderm being the best, Fibre Tape is also acceptable. Just ensure the hinge moves freely and the tape is pushed all the way into the groove

Another way is to use hot glue, (but not directly), put it on any metal surface and then apply immeadiately. Then it won't eat foam.

Hmm. It appears the break is on the hinge; flexibility would be important
