hello every one , i just start this topic to spread my idea of making 1.5 hex driver at very minimum cost, as i was learn lots from this forum and from you all respected members ,
so when i got an idea to make cheap but very strong 1.5 hex driver in my mind ,i just want to spread it through our forum ,so that every one has to take benefit of this cheap hex driver

note;- it only works on 1.5 to 3 mm allen keys .

items require ;-
1.  allen key  set [only tapariya ,it is very toughest  ] cost around 180 to 200rs.( if dont want to buy set than also there i found option in market for single tapariya allen key in very cheap cost, approx 7 to 10 rs for 1.5 size allen key single one  .

2.double sided mini drill brass chunk (i post snaps ,plz watch .)it is easily available at ebay.in ,cost is from 200 rs to 300rs only  depends on seller you search .

now just do straight you allen key deform its  "L" shape to straight "l" shape
put it in the drill chunk .{for refference just watch snaps i attached }
thats it .
thank you all for reading ,hope this idea will help every one who need cheap 1.5 hex driver ,have a nice day . Thumbs Up

i just use baby vice to bend it but unfortunately ,allen key  was get broken from the the angle ,and then i got two pieces one is small one and another is long one,  i use the long one in chunk and rest small one is still kept as spare .u can use iron  chisel and hammer for broke it from angle to get it in "I" shape  ,after u break ,use long part as ur hex driver and short for spare one . Thumbs Up

im planning to buy an allen key set for my quad. on amazon website they have 'imperial' and 'metric' allen key. in the reviews, many people said that they bought without knowing the difference and in the end they ended up having to buy both kinds. i wanna know which kind is used in quad screws. thank you

Dont buy from amazon ,just you have to go in your local market ,and ask for tapariya allen key set or u buy loose (not in set) of  only 1.5 to 4 mm ,than also it is very sufficient for quad works .so for allen key ,i would suggest u to get tapariya one only and from local market . Thumbs Up
