This one took quite some time to track down. Got a good amount of help from this forum, so thought it as the first thing- to share with you all. If I have overlooked and this happens to be a duplicate post I request the admin kindly delete it.
The product is a brand owned by Pidilite, the Fevicol people - Dr. Fixit and it is called Crack - X Shrinkfree. Comes in a 1 kg. pack only and is lightweight as its US counterpart. It is not easily available across counters and you will need to call the local Pidilite office ask for the Dr. Fixit dept. as it is a project item or so I was told. There is a downside though. Setting time is 24 hours and best curing time is 7 days as the label says. But the specs are twice as good as the US stuff as I checked. The relative density and specific gravity at least are so. Which probably means it should be a lot lighter than the US brands. I have tried this product and confirm that it does take care of the fine Depron pores.
