Visit any good Surgical supply store. You may contact your local hospital/nursing home for such shop in your city. Denatured spirit in small bottle of 100ml could also be found at decent medical stores. Dont ask for 'Denatured spirit' but 'White Spirit' (not the blue one with CuSo4)

if you need it for cleaning purposes only, why don't you use iso propyl alcohol (IPO). it is easily available in computer and electronic part stores. At chennai 100ml cost Rs. 10/- and 500ml cost Rs 35-40/-. If you need it for anything else then ignore this post

You can buy denatured alcohol in medical/surgury supply stores in and around Daryaganj, New Delhi.
