Hello
Would any one know of some one who could design and cut some thin brass (say 0.8 /1mm)?
There are plenty of big guys out there in the market but no one wants to touch a small job
Any help/lead would be appreciated

Saikat
Thanks for offering help. I am not looking for something complicated.
I need horns cut from thin brass which I can then solder together. Here is a picture of the exact horn I am looking at. There would be two pieces, may be around .4/.5 mm which once cut can be bent and then silver soldered together, and there would be backing plate with same foot print from .8/1.0 mm brass. Apart from the horns I am also looking for some 180 degree bellcrank with circular centre section again out of .8mm or 1mm brass. I can do a rough drawing with dimensions etc and email it to you, and can also discuss over phone if feasible.

Or if easier to manufacture the vertical portion could be cut separate from base and then brazed together (I can do brazing )
Let me know please

Apart from the horn I mentioned the 180 degree bellcrank, while that is an option, there is another option of a brass disc and a flat that can be bent as a crank and soldered together. Here is the application I am looking at
